Specs, but needs something to liven it up.
We are happy with the service. It is a particularly large hotel, with many parking spaces. However the downside is that it is in a run down area in the countryside, away from the city. And secondly, most of the times we go there are not many people. But the breakfast is very good, with a paper you make the choices and it comes as you make it, you note if you want something double.

Peaceful vacation!
Clean hotel. At the entrance to the city of Ioannina. Its very positive side is that you can pre-select what you want your breakfast to include. Suitable for a quiet holiday. It has many parking spaces.

Good but strange
We were looking for a place to stay in Ioannina. We found the hotel on the web and booked it.
We found a huge building that serves mainly for weddings. The night we stayed there, they had 2..(we did not suffer from the noise)
But the huge place has only 14 rooms - Very strange.
The rooms are quite big and modern but everything is in black color, which leaves a dark feeling.
Breakfast was dull and it is 15 minutes drive (10 km) from the center - Judge for yourself!!

Good value for money
Good clean hotel with pool. Good room size. Comfortable bed. Big freeparking. Good widi. Verycain staff. Solod breakfast. Restaurant no working evening, no bar, but you have two fast food restoran around and many many great restaurant on 5 to 10 km in Ioannina (very beautifull old town-must see)

Hotel Cezaria failed my expectations
Travelling with family members especially with kids is always demanding. Although being a clean hotel with clean rooms proved to be rather noisy. During my stay there the hotel was hosting two separate wedding events with parties etc making it rather noisy. People were all over the place, even going up and down the main corridor leading to most of the rooms. Lucky me my room was on the far end of that corridor. That saved the day a little bit.
One fact though was the friendly and helpful staff. They tried their best resolving even a little financial discrepancy during our checkout. Thank you guys.
