Great location and a comfortable stay for our family.
They have improved their check-in system and no longer require guests to physically check in at their reception, which is about 20 minutes away from the city center. All check-in instructions were sent in advance, so I completed the online check-in before arriving in Barcelona. At check-in time, a digital key was assigned to the app on my phone.
The location is excellent—close to everything, with both Metro and bus stops just a short walk away. The apartment was a good size for our family of four and had everything we needed.
As this is an apartment, there was no daily cleaning or towel change during our stay. However, having a washer/dryer was convenient, as we could do laundry while exploring during the day. Shampoo, bath soap, dish detergent, a sponge, and a kitchen cleaning cloth were provided, but laundry detergent was not, so I recommend bringing your own. The shampoo was also quite strong, we purchased hair treatment so if you have preferred bathroom products, you may want to bring them.
Check-out was very easy - just close the entrance door when leaving. I also let them know when we left so they could start preparing the apartment for the next guest.
Communication with the staff was smooth and attentive. Even though there was no staff physically at the apartment, I felt well supported throughout our stay.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

E-mail detailing check in told us to go to a different part of town with tired kids. When we got there we were told we didn’t need to go in person and could have done it over the phone. No apologies even after we showed them the erroneous email.
The AC unit in the apt hums day and night. Not great If you have trouble sleeping.
The washer/drier doesnt dry and the kitchen is not really equipped for cooking for a family. For the money we spent we expected better.

Great location, within walking distance to lots of sights - Gothic sector, Casa Batillo, Segrada Familia and more. Room was a good size for my family of four and appreciated the kitchen items. Nice surprise to have a washer and would have liked a drying rack to make it more efficient. The front desk was very responsive when I had questions and bringing more towels even though it is remote from the location. Would recommend to friends staying in Barcelona.

There was few issues.
First, there was not any essentials in the apartment such as hand soap or dishwashing soap or anything.. we had to go shopping immediately.
The dryer doesn’t really dry, need to dry the clothes on the balcony but unfortunately there was no drying rope or racks or anything to help with that!!!

Apartment was clean , towels good, location is amazing, quiet neighbourhood, supermarket so close
