Pleasant, quiet place, clean and good VFM

Actually much better than I expected. Easy to find (short walk away from the center), instructions for entry were prompt and clear.
Place is spotlessly clean, with enough bathrooms (on the first floor ~ 6-7 rooms ? with two showers+toilets and one sink+toilet). Also had a shared kitchen which seemed fairly large and decently equipped.
My room (101) was off the kitchen – which was not good, didn’t have a problem but in busy times this would be bad (no soundproofing).
Room was fine, not large but OK. Big wardrobe. TV with Spanish channels and French and English news channels. Wifi worked fine. A/c worked fine. Room lighting is not good – all harsh white lights.
Also had a small balcony, mainly for a stand to dry clothes (nice touch).

Not to be repeated.

Basic room, located in a three-storey structure in a dead-end street in a very popular district of Malaga. 800 meters from the bridge that marks the border with the center which, fortunately, is quite another thing. The bathroom is shared and this creates a lot of discomfort for those accustomed to the property privacy and personal hygiene. Soundproof structure for which sleeping is impossible. The parquet is very noisy as well as the other guests who unfortunately in my case felt free even to pee with the door open. 60€ for two. I will NEVER reply again.

disappointed

good location, close to the centre, the website is not clear and we found the surprise of the shared bathroom to be shared with 3 rooms. There isn't even a chair or table in the room to put something on. The roof is very low, you have to be careful otherwise you'll hit your head, really uncomfortable. Not to mention the noises, you can hear everything, if someone comes home late and takes a shower it wakes you up
