A great Budget Hotel

My partner and myself stayed at the resort twice during August 2020 the 1st & 2nd and again 8th to 12th, this resort is a budget resort and offers great service, breakfast and accommodation for the money are Excellent.
Both of us are well travelled and after our first visit we came back again to stay longer.
The swimming pools are good for all age children as they start with the shallow pool and go up in depth.
Our rooms on both visits overlooked the swimming pool and across to the ocean, each room had a balcony and chairs, the rooms are big and the bed offered a good sleep, from the room to the dinning room and reception area is undercover so no problem if it should be wet.
The breakfast is good and serves both Thai and Western food, my partner is Thai so we were able to try both, service and food were excellent.
From the resort you can walk across the road to the ocean and stroll along the walkway and at night it is an easy walk up the road to the night markets, the shops in the town are a 5 minute drive and the sea food restaurants you can drive down the road as they are close.
We will be staying at the resort again as we both enjoyed our time there and have recommended it to our friends when they want a relaxing time away.

False advertising and deceitful. Don’t come here.

Booked this hotel for my family from booking.com because it’s near by. We got to the hotel at night so scary and unsafe. We knew hotel would be standard however this hotel is dirty and very outdated decoration. Rotten furnitures. Asked for another room staff asked for more money. Photos on the website so deceitful and false advertising. We couldn’t get refund over (12500 baht/£300). Still ongoing complaint with Trip and Booking website. Stay away do not book this hotel. Don’t be naive like me booked from aboard. We end up booked in a hotel in Hua Hin town at a cheaper price, cleaner and safer hotel.

Need to improve for cleanliness in the room and also mosquitoes protection. Resort renovation is recommended. Wifi router also broken.

Disappointed

The pictures look great on the internet but once you got in, it is different. No WiFi, TV is very old that can’t even play Netflix, swimming pool is very old and shape like penis. Luckily it is close to the beach but you have to cross the road to a small beach. Sea water was good that you can swim. Breakfast is at the lowest cost thus quality. Can’t even drink coffee. Parking space is difficult to move the car in and out.

One night close to the beach

The hotel has a great location close to the beach and has potential not fulfilled. It's very dated and you notice it's not updated to the needs of today's travelers. Where can I charge my mobile? Disconnect the plug from the fat TV or the fridge? The breakfast room has a great view but was messy. It took us 3 times to toast some bread before we could catch the bread in the air before they landed on the floor.
