Luxurious hotel stay in industrial Istanbul

Location is in industrial part of Istanbul. The hotel itself has fantastic amenities and isn’t oasis. The staff is helpful and accommodating for early travelers. As frequent Marriott members we were upgraded to a beautiful room. If you’re in the area for work or pleasure we definitely suggest this location. They have decorated it beautifully, and the concierge floor has wonderful options and attentive staff. They were able to make a Taxi reservation for us, which got us to the airport ahead of schedule. they adjusted their typical breakfast hours to accommodate the large group of travelers leaving early.

Ali Caylar in the restaurant is fantastic!
Always a great stay at this hotel every time I visit Istanbul.

I stayed in the hotel for 8 nights last week. The overall service attitude of the hotel is good，Special thanks to Mr.Cen in the counter area for providing information on urban tourism and vehicle arrangements (car age within 3 years). In addition, the lady in the room arrangement service is also very good. I went to the gym three times. The floor mat laying in the dumbbell area should be unqualified, which needs to be improved. The air conditioning of the indoor swimming pool is too stuffy and needs to be improved.

A Fabulous Experience

I stayed in Sheraton Istanbul Essenyurt and had a dining experience at the Chess. The environment was cozy and the foods were fantastic. In addition, the service that Mr. Ali Caylar provided me during the entire dining session was excellent and I truly appreciate it. I definitely will come again in the next opportunity.
