Definitely worth the visit and excellent location

Lovely little hotel/pub in the heart of the Cotswolds which we managed to book at the very last minute - late afternoon on the day of arrival and there were 3 of us.
The room was lovely, clean and very original. The staff were amazing as was the evening meal in the pub downstairs. We were asked if we wanted to add breakfast for £13 per person but couldn't take advantage of this as we were leaving early and breakfast starts at 8am.

Beautiful stay in a lovely location

A really beautiful place to stay. Rooms are clean and very comfortable bed. Nicely decorated and lovely relaxing stay. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. And food in the restaurant very tasty.
Only note- the rooms are incredible warm during the night - so perhaps an investment in fans would be great for the summer.

There are flies on this place

Fantastic food pub, very stylish take on familiar and unique recipes couldn't fault it.........apart from a guy openly vaping at the bar and a clear notice prohibiting vaping on a pillar behind the bar. I remarked on it to the guy on duty......he just shrugged his shoulders and said "he's a local"!!! Finally the place was infested with flies,very unpleasant. Why don't they install those electric deterrents particularly in the restaurant part where the back patio doors are open. It's to be hoped they have these in the kitchen!!!

Very clean and comfortable room, people were very friendly and welcoming, the food was good too! Definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Underrated visit

A B&B in a quirky pub in a quaint village.
The stay was for 2 nights, the room was neat and tidy but unfortunately the toilet/ shower room was not very clean with hairs by the shower and dirt behind the door. The other small issue was the matting on the floor, one corner was curled up meaning a trip hazard.
It was £280 for the 2 nights which is a little on the expensive side and that did not include breakfast which was £13.50 per person, giving a total of £334 for 2 nights.
