one memorable stay
from my experience this is one of those bed and breakfasts you hope to find.the settings are so peaceful and quiet,the host is friendly and helpful.
my room (2) is bright and large and had a very warm feel to it with a single and double bed,t.v,microwave,iron and board,mini fridge,tea/coffee facilities and a very sharp bathroom with shower and there's a good enough choice for breakfast already waiting for you in your room and with the lovely hale village and a few places to eat not a ten minute walk away i couldn't recommend the barn highly enough.

Cute and Cozy B&B
Stayed here for 1 night visiting the area, lovely setting even through the rain.
Hosts are very helpful and friendly to deal with. Room was so cozy and very clean and quite spacious when inside.
Had a really comfy nights sleep, breakfast facilities were really good.
Filter coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, yoghurts, cereal, fruit and buns inside the room.
Clean bathroom with good shower facilities, nice clean towels.
All in all would definitely recommend this B&B and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we’re in the area again.
Oh and 2 very cute little Alpacas in the owners field which was lovely to see in the morning.

Highly recommended
Gary was so welcoming and helpful and the accommodation was clean, spacious and charming. This place is a gem and definitely recommended.

Fantastic, great value for money, best breakfast set up ever. The hosts could not have been more pleasant, accommodating and generous.. So it’s beyond me what Kemp P is going on about.

Hidden Gem
Booked 4 nights at The Barn directly. Spoke to Gary on the phone who was very polite & accommodating. Was originally being put up in a double room, but when I rang the day before arrival, Gary informed me that I was going to be in the family room which had a lounge & kitchenette attached. This was unexpected but I was really pleased. Gary went above & beyond in dropping me & picking me up from local train stations & being my local tour guide! I loved my time in Liverpool & thank you Gary & Jen for being great hosts. I would love to come back & stay again. See you soon!
