We had a very quick but enjoyable stay at Eaton Town House. The staff were so helpful when I made a mistake with my booking. The staff at the Beverely where you collect the keys were also so kind and welcoming, it is a short walk to Eaton Town House. Our room was clean, had exactly what we needed including fabulous air con! We were going to see Hamilton so it's location was ideal for our stay. Would highly recommend.

Do not disturb? Do it anyway!

The room was very small, but was clean, comfortable and functional - apart from the hairdryer not working - which I didn't realised until I took a shower the morning before we left.
My main complaint is that we put the do not disturb sign on our door, looking forward to our first long lie in a long time (we have a 2 year old!) and this sign was ignored and we were rudely awakened at 10:30am (not that early I know but that's not the point) by maintenance wanting access to the room - they then said they would come back in an hour - but we left things in certain places to check and they definitely did not come back when we were out, so they woke us up totally unnecessarily. When I called the number to complain (there is no reception desk) I was told to email head office but that I might not even get a response, which I didn't. This is totally unsatisfactory as we were only there 2 nights and that was our only opportunity for a sleep and our wishes were ignored.

The room was very clean. Tea and coffee facilities good except milk was not refilled.
Staff in the main hotel very friendly and welcoming.
Easy access to Victoria Station. Would stay here again

Perfect stay for quick one night stay . Was not aware I had to go somewhere different to get key but other than that the room was perfect

Great location and everything we were looking for with a trip to the theatre!
