Family-run. Beautiful building. Breakfast included products grown or made by the caretakers of the hotel. Quadruple room was spacious and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel. The staff are so friendly, approachable and helpful. Everything was perfect. Location wise, it is a short drive away from the castle and town so be prepared for that.

Definitely a recommendation.

Very clean and family-run hotel. The family is very friendly, and the breakfast overwhelmed us: homemade and fresh dishes.
The rooms are all very clean and nicely furnished.

Unbeatable treatment, buffet, quiet

An unforgettable family gem in the heart of Berat. Our stay at the Hotel Kaceli has certainly been the best of our trip in Albania. Since we arrived, you can notice the affection and dedication of the family that runs the hotel since 2012; the treatment is close, authentic and make you feel at home from the first minute.The hotel is beautiful, with a typical Albanian decoration very careful. Our room had all the details of a 4 star hotel: very clean, with air conditioning, fridge, television and a balcony with lovely views. Its location is ideal, a few kilometers from the center and very close to the old city of Berat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is simply impressive, with local handmade products and spectacular quality fruit. In addition, right next door they have a typical inn managed by the same family where you eat wonderfully. We'll repeat for sure.

Our room had all the touches of a 4-star hotel: very clean, with air conditioning, a fridge, TV, and a balcony with lovely views. Its location is ideal, just a few kilometers from the center and very close to the old town of Berat, a UNESCO World Heritage site.The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention. It is simply impressive, with local handmade products and spectacular quality fruit. Additionally, right next door there is a traditional tavern managed by the same family where the food is wonderful. We will definitely be back!
