Review

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mariksel in Albania. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered good views, especially at sunset. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to local restaurants and shops. I also really appreciated the continental breakfast served each morning. Everything was well-organized, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend Hotel Mariksel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to coming back again!

Modern and very clean room. Totally recommend

Everything is tidy and clean, the room was cleaned every day. Very friendly and helpful staff , that can address any concern and solve it right away. Delicious breakfast, and very good location of the hotel not far from the beach.

The family-run hotel is in fact a three-storey building without a lift with several single or double rooms. Furnished for a few years with new bathroom. Daily cleaning. Continental breakfast still on sweet request. Price in June very good (40€ per night with breakfast) given the centrality of the beaches of Ksamil the most popular in Albania. Parking in front of the hotel.

Positive

Basic hotel, cleanliness is good. Unfortunately it has no lift, so the room on the 3rd floor is uncomfortable. Breakfast ok. Friendly staff speaks Italian. The location is excellent, just before the casino and towards the only accessible beach in Ksamil

Great value, lovely owners

We have had a really nice stay here. The couple that run the hotel are very nice, very welcoming. The room was clean and the breakfast was consistently nice. Great value for money, would definitely recommend. It’s a short walk to the beach and bars and there’s convenience stores right next door
