Amazing hotel and right on the beach with amazing food and staff!
We loved this hotel and the lovely staff!!
From the moment of checking in we were happy!
Super clean and spacious room with lovely amenities.
We enjoyed several meals and cocktails in the restaurant and would definitely recommend!
Private beach sunbathing area with very comfortable beds with added pillows and lovely rope parasols…so pretty!
Hameena on reception was super lovely and went through great suggestions of where to eat and visit whilst we were there.
We didn’t want to leave so ended up missing flight to stay longer! Paid additional to have the best room in the house! Mesanine style bed with amazing view especially at sunset!
…will be back!!!

Run away!!!
The only positive point in this hotel is the young lady who was at the front desk who helped us recover a wallet forgotten in another hotel and who refunded us, fully understanding that we wanted to leave, unlike the manager who insisted on making us stay by promising us that the BEACH club next door would not make any noise (on a Friday night).
The value for money is catastrophic, small room, air conditioning that shuts off (we spent the night at 26 degrees), no soundproofing, music until 3:30 in the morning and starting again at 8:30. The breakfast is mediocre, everything that was advertised is false!!! No fresh fruit juice but industrial, no homemade jam (little tubs), butter in a tub that must have melted and refrozen several times.
The place looks fabulous in photos but it’s all fake. Dirty beach, murky water, loud music, security guards constantly walking around with mean looks, overpriced cocktail in a melted cup…

Bad experience not friendly at the beach
Please note that this review concerns only the beach area and the sunbed reservation policy for the first three rows. It does not reflect my experience with the hotel, its facilities, or its services overall.My review concerns the manager I spoke with during my visit.I had a very disappointing experience regarding the sunbed reservation process.We paid 3,000 LEK for a sunbed in the third row, which is the same price charged for sunbeds in the first row. Since there were no available sunbeds in the first row when we arrived, we agreed to take a third-row sunbed, with the understanding that we could move to the first row if a spot became available later.Later, when guests seated in the first row left, I politely asked the manager if we could move there. Unfortunately, he refused the request and was neither friendly nor professional in the way he spoke to me.He then explained that the first row was reserved for hotel guests. However, this information was never communicated to us when we arrived. Had we been informed of this policy from the beginning, the situation would have been clear and there would have been no misunderstanding.What I found particularly frustrating is that the first three rows are all charged at the same rate of 3,000 LEK, creating the reasonable expectation that customers paying this price can access any available sunbed within those rows. If certain rows are reserved for specific guests, this should be clearly communicated in advance.The lack of transparency regarding the reservation policy, combined with the manager’s attitude, left us feeling unfairly treated and significantly affected our beach experience.Overall, this issue could have been easily avoided through clearer communication, fairer management of the available sunbeds, and a more customer-oriented approach.

Would avoid booking…
Would avoid booking - stayed at the property and experienced multiple issues that significantly impacted our stay:
• Excessive noise from outside the property. There is a loud club immediately outside with music continuing into the early hours of the morning (up to 5am). There is little effective soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep.
• Excessive noise from inside the property. The door to the room we stayed in didn’t close properly, meaning we were disturbed by noise from other guests and activity within the hotel. This also allows additional noise from outside the property (music from club) to come in.
• Security concerns. A member of the cleaning staff informed us that our room has not been locking properly and that she was able to access it without a key.
• Faulty room facilities. The bedside lights didn’t work well, and the television did not function.
• Poor customer service. When raising concerns, we found the hotel manager to be dismissive and unhelpful.
• Food quality concerns. The seafood served at the property for dinner appeared to be of very poor quality and gave us genuine concerns about food safety.
• Unsuitable alternative accommodation offered. The property did offer us an alternative room; however, this room was located directly underneath another club and therefore did not resolve the primary issue of excessive noise. Given that our main concern was the inability to sleep due to loud music and disturbance, this was not a reasonable or suitable alternative.
The property cancelled our stay on booking.com just after they took direct payment so we are unable to leave a direct review and they will not validate our stay.
I would urge you not to book. It wasn’t a good or enjoyable experience.

TOP for all party enthusiasts
TOP for everyone who enjoys partying.
Location: Great, beautiful view and beach
Hotel: nice, very clean
Staff: with one exception (male, reception) everyone else was very friendly
However: next to it is a club
