Beautiful views with kind and friendly staff

The views were insane from the property and contrary to previous reviews the staff was extremely kind and friendly during our stay. We were greeted upon arrival and asked if we needed help with our luggage and if we’d like a Coffee or tea..
The beds were very comfortable and warm. However because you are staying in a rural area many of the businesses are powered by gas generators so the power is cutoff during the night to save fuel. It was never a problem for us.

Terrible experience, don’t waste your money!!

This is by far the worst hotel/villa i have ever stayed in! At night they turned off electricity which caused us to have an awfully cold night. They refused to give us extra blankets and they stole money from us! They asked us if we wanted to stay a second night and we said yes, but after the first nights experience we didn’t want to stay another night so we told them we were leaving. They told us that it was okay and that we could leave. After that they asked us to sign a receipt, but the receipt was Albanian so we couldn't read it. I asked them what i was signing for and they told me that it was just proof that we stayed at their hotel. I didn’t trust it at first, but they kept on saying that it is safe to sign. Unfortunately I did sign the receipt. Immediately after signing, they took money from our credit card. We got into an argument about it and the owner was really disrespectful and refused to give us our money back. We are still trying to get the money back (€105). Please do yourself a favor and don’t book a villa here!!!!!!

THEY THREATENED TO CHARGE US AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR NOT LIKING THE BOOKING REVIEW.

The reason for this review is as follows:
AFTER PAYING AND PUTTING A 7 REVIEW IN BOOKING, THEY THREATEN TO CHARGE YOU AN ADDITIONAL 3% WHEN VIEWING THE BOOKING REVIEW.
We immediately contacted Booking and were assured that we would not be charged any additional fees, as the Reservation states that no additional fees are included when paying by card (even if they send an email saying that they charge an additional 3%).
It's a disgrace that you treat customers like this. We have the private message you sent us by Booking.
1. The room was great, with air conditioning, but the shower light was by motion sensor and went off continuously while inside showering or doing other things. In addition, the shower does not have a curtain or a screen, so the entire bathroom is flooded with water.
2. The Jacuzzi great, but when it emptied it left some dark spots of water. I thought it would be dirt on the body, but I filled it the next day and I didn't get in and, when it emptied, the same thing happened. Doubtful source of water, then.
3. Excessive price (250€ per night) for the condition of the room discussed above.
4. Breakfast acceptable. More sweet stuff would be missing. The problem is the large number of wasps that turn out, getting into the juice of our table.
5. They don't clean the rooms or make the beds.
6. We missed the light in the room several times. They would have little power in the enclosure and often the lamp would stay half off.
7. Next to the rooms and the breakfast area you can see in the same compound of the hotel a small dump where the dogs would eat.
They still need a lot of work to be able to offer a quality service at that price.

Beautiful Location, Terrible Management

I stayed at Thethi Villas and, while the location and surroundings are undeniably beautiful, my experience was severely marred by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the owners. Their attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming, making the stay quite uncomfortable. It's a shame that such a lovely place is overshadowed by poor management. I hope the owners can improve their customer service in the future.
