Very Good Service and Welcoming Atmosphere.
Very pleasant stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, the environment very comfortable, and the staff extremely welcoming. A special thanks to the receptionist Blendi, who was very kind, professional, and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. Fantastic service and a very positive experience. I will definitely come back again!

Very average, poor value for money, unpleasant surroundings except once on the beach
Very average from a value for money perspective. When you have been disappointed by a hotel it's difficult to provide an objective review but that's what I'll try to do here. The rooms are basic, no frills and ordinary. Unlike other reviews I saw on Google, the room was very clean and very well maintained during our stay, cleaning crew were kind and efficient. What lets this hotel down is the location which is surrounded by two unfinished and abandoned constructions and it's breakfast that was very disappointing and average. I will publish the real photos of the view that you can expect from this hotel in my review and also some drone photos to illustrate the surroundings. Nothing like the official photos published by the hotel on its website and on booking.com that do a great job of masking the reality. Breakfast was not great, fried eggs were constantly hard over our 3 days, ingredients not really of quality except the fruit they couldn't really get wrong. If we hadn't paid around 280 euros but for four people per night, one room, I guess it could have been acceptable. Once you're on the Beach area it's very busy but quite pleasant if you can abstract from the crowds. The guy that parades a monkey on the beach so tourists can take photos with their smartphones is totally outdated and unnecessary. Clearly Sarandë have missed an opportunity for durable development and this hotel with its environment is a great example. Not the hotel's fault for the environment but for the breakfast they could sort that, provide a more reasonable price and show the surroundings on their web site even though that wouldn't be a great way to sell...

Swimming yes, sleeping no
Very basic hotel. Surroundings very dirty. The hotel is situated between 2 construction ruins. We had a 4-bed room for 4 people and were told at the beach that we only get 2 lounge chairs and one umbrella per room. The nerve! Where are the other 2 people supposed to sleep (no small children)? Furthermore, a monkey on a leash and macaws are being paraded in front of the tourists. Animal cruelty and completely unacceptable. The breakfast was kept very simple with a small selection and is not recommended. It is not intended that people eat outside, as the large door to the outdoor area is closed. Breakfast is available starting at 7:30. When we arrived at 7:30, because we had planned a longer day trip, the buffet was only half set up. Otherwise, the bay is very nice for swimming and the room was clean. That is also the only positive thing. Too bad!

Beyond expectations!
Enviable location and excellent facilities (beach, swimming pool, parking, Wi-Fi, bar/restaurant).

Hotel is ok, breakfast bottomless and beach very nice
Staff at reception were very friendly. The rooms were ok, nothing special. The bathroom is very small and the mattress a bit too hard for my taste.
Unfortunately, breakfast is not possible. There is only toast, no other bread and on request it was said that the butter is off.
The beach is very nice though.
