Mirador Palace Hotel CHLEF Algeria

Excellent hotel close to train station and city center.
Very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms.
Quality staff, professional, smiling and kind; from the various directors, responsible for sectors, from Welcoming to members of security or maids, you will be seduced by their benevolence and kindness.
The food is good and varied, two restaurants and a terrace cafe where it is good to live in the evening.
A superb wellness area, spa, hammam, sauna, whirlpool therapy, affusion, massage with hot stones or volcanic stones, beautiful indoor pool, jacuzzi, and very nice well equipped gym.
I recommend this wonderful property if you pass through CHLEF.

once upon a time in Chlef, never twice

Really bad. Dont go there as a woman, you can not visit the spa, swimmingpool or gym. There is no bar in the hotel and they even took my purchase in possesion I bought in Paris because they sniff in every bag for everything that would contain any percentage of alcohol. Seems very old-fashion hotel, make sure not to stay over night in Chlef, rather in Oran or in Algiers!
No possibility to pay with credit card. Really bad. One of my worst experiences.

For us to be correct

This is a very good hotel. Great location. Affordable price and below ranking and amenities offered. The breakfast buffet is excellent compared to the dinner buffet which is really below customer expectations. Especially recipes prepared with frozen or deep frozen. Except for that little black spot, which is excellent. Warm Welcoming. The smile does not leave the staff at all levels. Absolute calm. The rooms well treated and maintained.
Suggestions:
Small repairs are necessary so that they do not become expensive. Such as the replacement of showers, the opening of water drainage pipes at washbasins. Immediate replacement of blown or flashing lamps.
The reinforcement of the window sconces seems urgent to me to avoid any fall unless otherwise stated.
In any case it is a high-end hotel with very affordable prices compared to other similar hotels located throughout the country where the prices charged are exorbitant.

I recommend the masseuse fouzia o top. Hakima the Moroccan

Hello my stay went well .Only one downside the room for me is not a suite what I had with 3 children and me and my husband.it was too small and level housekeeping to review.on the other hand the pool magnificent jacuzzi magnificent staff at the top.I also did a massage with magnificent fouzia I recommend it 100%. From Moroccan hakima.

The “must” in Chlef...

Former Orléansville, then El Asnam, the city located in a basin has not preserved much of its past following 2 devastating and deadly earthquakes. The hotel is new, at the exit of the station... It is the typical Algerian hotel in terms of nomenclature (the prefecture is on the other side of the street)... Expensive and clean... Nothing to add (wifi, no of international Cb?!, 2 cafeterias, 2 restaurants...) Professionalism to be perfected..
