Overall the hotel is good but two comments:
1. Breakfast a bit disappointing for the price. We had stayed in a hotel in Algiers for more or less the same price but which served much better Breakfast.
2. The cleaning lady threw away my wife's person item without asking.

The staff was amazing: very professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They really made the stay more pleasant.
The gym and sauna, however, were quite disappointing. They are located in a basement area with poor lighting and ventilation, and the equipment is limited and not well maintained.
Breakfast was average: not bad, but nothing particularly memorable.
The location can also be a concern at night, as it tends to be noisy and doesn’t always feel very safe.

An amazing hotel, very clean and spacious
Very good breakfast, the lady chef was very talented and an amazing chef very help full and food was every day fresh.
The reception with Mr Kaced was welcoming and very helpfull help us every day ro make our stay confortable !

Stayed on 1st floor very nosy, people staying until late doing some buisness, i did received an objet on my windows thats scare us ! Bath room not vey clean
Burnt pastries every day !
No mush option, no spoon every day, some days no fruit, 4 chaffing dishes 2 empty and 2 with scramled eggs
Butter look very old and all opened, old bread
Very bad !
Issues with water in Bath yellow water
I did informed the reception with all the issues but nothing was done to make our stay more confortable and safe specialy with kids !!

Horrible avoid avoid avoid at all costs

I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to have a pleasant stay. My experience was a succession of disappointments from beginning to end.
Last December, I moved to book 9 nights for the month of January, leaving a large deposit of 30,000 dinars. From the very beginning, I trusted this recently renovated property, thinking it would live up to its reputation.
The day of check-in, very late, everything seemed correct. But when arriving in the room, first surprise: a bed far too small. My feet protruded far beyond the mattress, while I am only 1m76 tall. Unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be of high standing. In addition, a noisy mini-fridge remained on all night, with a disturbing light that prevented sleeping properly.
But the worst was yet to come.
The next morning, at breakfast: total catastrophe. Almost empty sideboard. Products obviously several days old, nothing fresh. Crescents so hard that we could have broken a window with them. And the most incredible thing is, no bread at the buffet.
When I ask for it, the manager of the restaurant — without uniform, negligently dressed and giving a less reassuring image in terms of hygiene — returns with bread... in his hands, without protection, without tray, without napkin. He was even about to put it directly in the toaster, manipulating the bread stuck inside with his hands. A shocking and totally unacceptable scene.
Faced with this blatant lack of professionalism and hygiene, my wife and I immediately decided to leave the premises and go to our usual hotel, the Royal Hotel, where we know the service is up to standard.
The property has agreed to refund the difference. Yet, despite dozens of e-mails sent, to this day I have not received anything.
A hotel that lacks such seriousness, hygiene and respect for its guests is simply to be avoided at all costs.
An extremely disappointing experience.
