Nice Stay in Andorra
This was one of our favorite airbnb's to stay in so far as we did our 3-week Spain/Andorra trip. There are 5 bedrooms - 2 on the main floor, one at the top & 2 on the bottom. We had 6 adults & 2 toddlers and needed a bare minimum of 4 bedrooms so having 5 was a nice bonus.
We booked through Airbnb, which had no issues with us having our twin toddlers but looking at their B&B specific website, it indicates no children. Our children were almost 2 years old but we had no issues with safety for them, though I can see why there would be as those stairs leading downstairs are wicked. I can't tell whether it would have been cheaper, the same price or more expensive (we paid a little over $2k for 3 nights) but apparently if you book through their B&B website, it includes breakfast. The kitchen is a little funky and not easy to navigate but it had the basics. So I'm guessing she brings breakfast over for you or something.
We loved that every room had its own bathroom. It felt like staying at a hotel because it was so nice and modern. The decor was perfect and I kinda want to mimic some of the decor in my own house. Parking is free & easy, as long as you can fit your car down the road leading to the house (which you should be able to - it just feels like you might not). The best route to get to the property is coming from the south-end, heading north. We did have one car in our party try to come from the north side and ended up scraping their car almost directly in front of the airbnb. It's actually almost comical - if you view Google Maps via street-view, it looks like the Google Maps car stopped right before that corner on the north side and right at the corner on the south end, which is the other scary part to drive through. Anyway, back to parking - We had 3 vehicles and there is room for at least 10 cars and at least 4 of the parking spot are covered.
My issues were minor but there were still a handful - there are a lot of lights that we never found light switches for and while she pointed out how there are some that stay on all the time, there were some regular lights downstairs we wanted to be able to turn off and just couldn't. Because of the language barrier, we had a hard time figuring out how to find the key to use the outdoor patio (which you can't access from the house but instead have to go outside to use this patio).
Despite giving a heads up when we were about 30 minutes out (if I remember correctly), we had to wait quite a bit to check-in. We finally sat down outside by our car with our kids to have a snack since they were cranky (it was their nap time). There was a mention once she got there that she would bring some toys over - that never happened but we didn't bother to follow up since we were only going to be there for a few days.
There's this random small almost-deer like path that runs along a ridge on the property. One time while we were outside playing, this lady came down the path, said hi to us nonchalantly and then walked through our yard to the gate at the road, opened/closed it and then proceeded to walk down Camí Vell. It made us feel a little unsafe - like, do people just randomly walk through this property all the time from somewhere we can't see, from up this hill?
Our last issue was probably specific to us - we had our kids in the basement where it was cooler, our parents on the main floor so they didn't have to do the stairs and we took the room at the top. Our monitor at the top had a very hard time going through the 3 levels of stone to reach the cameras in their basement room so we had to put the monitor on the floor in our doorway and we also couldn't take the monitor outside to relax on the patio.

The perfect house to stay in Andorra
This is the 3rd time we stay in this house and we are absolute fans. Cal Batlle is charmy, comfortable and has a perfect combination of tradicion and modernity. As hosts we receive all the care and informacion to visit the surrounding areas and mountain trekkings. Superb Breakfast and excelent location on a quiet area in a tradicional old village

Great to come home to
We stayed two nights at Cal Balle and it was wonderful - the house has been redone beautifully and is very comfortable. The room was a nice size, as was the bathroom, and the common areas are nicely done with comfy couches and chairs. The room floors are heated as well, which is a nice touch when it gets a bit chilly at night. Everything is colorful and well decorated, with some especially great lamps/lighting.
Breakfast was good - three meats and cheeses, breads, pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc... and Olga made up some very nice eggs to order :) Coffee and tea are always available as well.
The outdoor space is getting expanded for next year, and is looking like it will be fantastic.
The location is very convenient - there is also free parking both in an on-site lot and in a town lot very close by. The town is very cute and small, with a few restaurants, but in fringe season, you may need to drive for more food options. This is not a problem because the town is also on one of the major roads and so is a very easy drive to/from anywhere in Andorra, and made a good base to see everything.
One of our favorite stays on this trip!

Hogareño y muy cálido
Decidimos pasar unos días en Andorra mi pareja y yo sin haberla Conocido previamente así que nos decidimos por alojarnos en esta casa rural, capitaneada por su anfitriona Olga, la cual te hará sentir como en casa desde el min 1 en su presentación. La casa muy rústica y en mitad de la naturaleza en la Cortinada, pero al lado de la carretera general a su vez, pronto comprenderás que en Andorra nada está lejos, si vienes en coche, estar en la
Cortinada o en Andorra la Vella es lo mismo,y se agradece La Paz y el sosiego que se respira en esta zona.
La casa dispone de Parking privado eso si algo estrecho la calle para su acceso dada la
Antigüedad de las mismas
Las habitaciones cumplidas y adecuadas con todo tipo de detalles curiosos, quizás el colchón algo duro para mi gusto pero nada destacable. Buena calefacción y wifi potente, y una TV q mas quisieran más de un hotel.
Algo quizás a considerar es el sonido entre habitaciones y salón que quizás al estar cerca si se levanta las voces se escucha todo, es por ello por lo q la casa tiene estrictas normas en cuanto al ruido q sus huéspedes siguen a rajatabla y el descanso es placido.
El desayuno muy completo y siempre con Olga pendiente de ofrecerte un plus.
En definitiva un hogar para visitar Andorra
Cortinada o en Andorra la Vella es lo mismo,y se agradece La Paz y el sosiego que se respira en esta zona.

Muy bien todo
Instalaciones perfectas , atención muy buena , acceso a servicios como bar y restaurantes , autobús muy cercano , y caminos para senderismo acceesibles. Iglesia digna de visitar muy cercana. Noches estrelladas preciosas.
