Perfect stay
We spent a week staying here for our family ski trip. We genuinely have no complaints about the Hotel or its staff. It is a small, friendly, family run hotel where customer service is top notch. It is a three star hotel but that just means you don't get all the extra frills but for what we paid it was well up to standard. We had a superior quad room for ourselves and our teenage daughter and it was a comfortable fit. The thing I loved the most was that the room had its own thermostat, my pet hate is over heated hotels and it was fantastic to be able to drop the temperature or switch the heating off, especially at night.
Pascal the waiter is a scream, you don't have to speak french to understand that he has a great sense of humour and he looks after all the guests in the dining room, the chef appears at times to help, I don't recall his name but he produced a variety of meals during our stay. Interesting concept, you order the weeks meal on your first night makes sense as it means less waste, just remember to screenshot each day when you order that way you can remind yourself before dinner what you will be having.
Sasha, the owner is always on hand and making sure that everything is going ok. Mealtimes in the dining room can be quite sociable, you get a table dedicated to your room so soon get to see familiar faces and start chatting to other guests. The location is perfect for the slopes, couldn't have been much closer. If we ever go back to Pas we would definitely stay here again.

Great location but very tired
Hotel location is excellent- literally a minute’s walk to the slopes and Sacha very welcoming.
However, our triple room looked nothing like any of the photos shown by the host on here! The room was tired and very basic. The bathroom was dirty & also very tired (I cleaned it before use).
Breakfast was a basic buffet but decent and our half board evening meal was always very welcome after a day on the slopes.

Avoid it.
The cleanliness of this hotel is really deplorable. But I really do. It's dirty, carpeting on the stairs and Welcoming is dirty, including carpeting in the breakfast room, and torn in places. I would have liked to say that for the rooms the hotel fared better, but there was hair on a pillow in one of the 2 rented rooms, and a used bandage stuck to a wall in the other room. This hotel has 3 stars at the outside entrance and 2 stars inside, but deserves 0. Work would be needed to address this. Breakfast? the worst I've had in a hotel: the dishes were dirty (see photo), and slices of bread were stuck between the (dilapidated) wall and the toaster (see photo), but how long... The coffee was abominable, and we all ended up going downstairs to have breakfast outside. In addition, very loud music is played in the immediate vicinity of the hotel until 10pm / 10.30pm, but of course we had not been told before. According to the local merchants, it's almost every night, so I might as well know. And the Welcoming of this hotel is really creepy. In short, for us never again we will return to this hotel, far too expensive compared to the quality of the service. But other than that, the gentleman at Welcoming was friendly.

A very very basic hotel experience
We were 4 old men sharing a room. One DOUBLE bed and two singles. Three coat hangers each and one wardrobe, one shelf each and nothing else. Toilet sliding door that was broken and remained open all week with just a curtain for privacy. It was never fixed despite daily assurances ( like a change of room that never happened).
The breakfast was NOT wonderful and varied as indicated in other reviews. We had a cooked breakfast every day of baked beans and scrambled egg. The warmer was broken so every 10 minutes or so the food was taken out to the kitchen to be reheated and brought back. There was a toaster, some jam, meat and cheese and croissants. Same every morning. The evening meals were edible but not spectacular - eg one Catalan sausage, baked beans and rice.
The boot room was too narrow and struggled if numbers went above 4.
The one good point is the hotel is really close to the lifts
The photos the hotel displays bear little or no resemblance to what you actually experience whether it is the room, restaurant layout or the food.
