A beautiful surprise.

It is located in a beautiful rural setting. If you are looking to connect with nature, disconnect from noise, and enjoy peace, this accommodation is ideal. The room is simple but perfect for resting. The hot shower was impeccable. A bonus is the loving attention from Belén, who waits with the stove on early for a delicious breakfast! I recommend trying their organic wine!

Chakana... lovely.

The lodging is lovely. The attention of her owner, Natalia, is very friendly and predisposed to resolve any situation. The room was comfortable with whitening and quality towels and very white. All very clean and cozy. We were not cold, there were ceramic plates as heaters in the room and bathroom. The water came out with a lot of pressure and super hot, ideal to enjoy after the return of a many hours excursion to Laguna Brava.
It offers a communal kitchen available to guests and grill. Anyway, the dining options are very good and I recommend the homemade wine they make there... a Malbec... exquisite. We bought several bottles to bring us.
Very good experience.

I do not recommend this accommodation, if you are looking for a place where you can have the minimum conditions of comfort.

I had a bad experience. I do NOT recommend it to go with children, because we are cold and the services are bad. The first night we ran out of power. Then we found out that the stove that was in the bathroom, could not be used, because the mains were recharged and the heat went out... So the room was equipped with stoves, but they could not be used....The second night the power was cut again and there was NO HOT WATER. My daughter bathed in almost cold water and the rest of us could not bathe because something was wrong with the heat and the icy salt water. When I claimed the owner, she gave me no solution, told me she couldn't do anything and didn't even have the education to apologize. Zero empathy. The breakfast they charge apart, for the cost, is super basic. I ordered breakfast without Gluten and all there was was was rice cookies. For the rest, toast, jam and a pudding, so I found the price excessive. When traveling, the main thing is to have a good bed to rest, be warm if it is cold and be able to take a hot bath. Basic things, that in this place there is no... but the worst, is the poor attention, predisposition and tie of the owner. Not so, the two girls who work there, who are very kind, but can't solve the problems. There are many places to stay in villa union, search for other options.

My days in Banda La Florida

Very uncomfortable rooms, excessive price compared to the amenities offered.
Regarding the attention, quite the opposite magnificent and warm treatment of all those who attended us.Excellent chef's food provided at dinners.

It exceeded expectations.

Excellent. Very good cleaning and excellent service from Cinthia, Belén and her cousin. Nice place with a good living area with tables, chairs, shared crib and barbecue.
In the summer it should be nice to enjoy the pool.
It's close to an interesting break.
