We stayed in one of the biggest rooms at this hotel, and the location is amazing. The room was clean well kept by the people that work there the staff was amazing. The only reason why I wouldn’t give it five stars it was because the bed mattresses are kind of uncomfortable and hard.

Good location

We stayed with my partner; we chose it for the location, which is truly excellent, right on Corrientes Street, half a block from the obelisk! Notable are the spacious and complete rooms. In our experience, upon entering the hotel, we were given a room that was under renovation, and we had to be moved; in the second room, there were waste from previous guests in the trash, so we had to change rooms again. Despite this, we were not compensated in any way (we did not ask for it, but it would have been a nice gesture considering the inconveniences caused); the reception service is good, they were very attentive, but the cleanliness was not up to par in our experience.
Another point is the sound insulation; despite being on Corrientes Street, one can rest well as almost no noise from the outside is heard.

Estimada Daniela F, agradecemos sinceramente que haya compartido su experiencia con nosotros. Nos complace saber que disfrutó de nuestra ubicación privilegiada y de las habitaciones amplias. Sin embargo, queremos dejar en claro, que la hab remodelada no se llego a asignar ya que la recepcion cambio las llaves durante el check in para que no haya error ni perdida de tiempo y la habitación que se asigno en su lugar estaba en condiciones ya chequeada por la mucama antes de su ingreso, solo habia unos papeles en el cesto de la cocina que es unicamente la falla que podemos reconocer, el resto, estuvieron durante una hora utilizando el baño y la cama uds y luego pidieron el cambio. lamentamos que su estancia no haya sido completamente satisfactoria debido a los inconvenientes mencionados. De todas maneras su comentario sobre la atención en recepción es muy valorado, y tomaremos en cuenta sus observaciones sobre la limpieza para mejorar nuestros estándares. Apreciamos su comprensión y esperamos que, en una futura visita, podamos ofrecerle una experiencia que cumpla con sus expectativas. Gracias nuevamente por su feedback.

Comfortable hotel with an excellent location in Buenos Aires.

Strategic location, close to the Obelisk, restaurants, shopping, etc. The room we were assigned was spacious, comfortable, clean, and pleasant.
The breakfast they provide is very good, with quite a variety of food and options to choose from. The price seemed quite reasonable to me.

The location is excellent even though the hotel is located in a busy area, it was great.
