Charming hotel
It is an excellent hotel, close to everything, commerce, sights and downtown Buenos Aires. The room is cleaned every day, very white sheets, the bathroom smelly. The reception staff are very careful and polite.

A stay that turned into a nightmare
I stayed for three nights at the Two Hotel Buenos Aires and, unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
The rooms are very small and offer very little space, to the point that it is difficult to comfortably accommodate two suitcases. Furthermore, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
However, the most serious thing was something else: during my stay I was a victim of a theft inside my room. I had kept cash inside my suitcase and, the next day, the money had disappeared.
I immediately reported what happened at the front desk and spoke with the General Manager, who at first seemed understanding and willing to help me, assuring me that she would investigate the case and try to find a solution. Unfortunately, as the hours passed I understood that they were just words to calm me down, without a real intention of seriously managing the situation.
I filed a formal complaint with the police and submitted all the requested documentation, with the hope that the person responsible would be identified or that, as they had initially led me to believe, the hotel's insurance would cover the loss. Unfortunately, none of that happened.
What disappointed me the most was not just the financial loss, but also the superficiality and the lack of interest in managing such a serious incident. A hotel should offer its guests a safe environment. Instead, I was a victim of a theft precisely in the place where I should have felt most protected.
For this reason, I want to warn anyone who is thinking about booking this hotel. I sincerely hope that no other guest has to experience what I did.

Very small rooms, okay for a tour and 2 nights.
The room is very small, there is almost no space to open the suitcase, and the staff is not helpful with tourists. Rather friendlier with fellow countrymen. There was no hairdryer in the room, but I received one upon request at the reception. Breakfast is okay. It was sufficient for the tour. There is a supermarket nearby. There was no bottle of water in the room. However, you could fill your own bottle at a water station in the restaurant. The hotel is centrally located, with a restaurant nearby.

Insecurity of elevators
My experience at Hotel Two Buenos Aires was quite negative, especially regarding the safety and maintenance of the facilities. During my six-day stay, I faced an extremely uncomfortable situation: I was stuck in the elevator for about an hour, often without any kind of communication or support from the hotel staff. The feeling of insecurity and abandonment was enormous.
In addition to this serious incident, the elevator failed on other occasions, unexpectedly stopping twice or three times during my stay. This clearly demonstrates a lack of proper maintenance and care with guests.
I consider this kind of problem unacceptable, especially in a hotel that should appreciate for comfort and, above all, for the safety of those who stay. Unfortunately, my experience was marked by stress and concern, and I would not recommend the hotel based on these events.
In addition to this serious incident, the elevator failed on other occasions, unexpectedly stopping twice or three times during my stay. This clearly demonstrates a lack of proper maintenance and care with guests.

Good base for Buenos Aires
This hotel is in a great location - in easy walking distance to the historic centre. Staff are really friendly, beds are comfortable, it's spotlessly clean. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast - and plenty of restaurants nearby for the evening. If you're staying for longer than a few days, and/or if you have luggage, get a room on the 9th floor. We initially had a room on the 1st floor, that had no storage - but the hotel kindly moved us to a room on the 9th floor (we were travelling for 4 weeks with luggage to match). Tips - there's a free water dispenser on the round floor; hair dryers are available from reception; they have a late check-in do you may want to reserve your room for the previous night.
