The most horrible experience I had in Argentina.

A desired trip that turned into a nightmare. Served by its owners, the exclusive hotel of PEDRAZA (as they made clear). Hotel without maintenance, bed linens from several decades of use. Very strict on the rules but scarce food, poor attention, dirty dishes. They charged us $1000 for the water for the thermos. One night they served us as the main dish a portion of pizza measuring 10x10cm, and when we started to complain, they gave us another portion, and we still had to leave a tip for the staff who served us reluctantly.
I do not understand how PEDRAZA allows the agency to be discredited by this hotel since in every place in Colón, they know how mistreated tourists are.

Disappointment

Breakfast and dinner very little and very poor quality (1 dinner start a patty of choclo main course 1 serving of )
Very little cleaning
Glass tumbler cracked and cracked at the edges warns them but the next day they put it back.
The horrible, short staff in dining room is extremely hot has fan but not enough.
They put tipped bulls all over you.
Good water flow for bathing and air conditioning throughout the room.
Location 3 blocks from the thermal baths and 2 from river 15 downtown.

MALISIMO HOTEL PESIMO

VERY VERY BAD! PESIMO! do not hire this hotel! if you want to have a pleasant stay. ALL BAD their service, food, attention, hygiene. They would have to close it down and the staff would have to train themselves to treat the people who are staying well.

Don't go.

We spent New Year! Dinner 1 dried hard Milanese with a handful of grated carrots and 1 lettuce leaf. Here's toasting the cheapest cider on the market. Zero animation. The dining room is miniature ... among all the guests we set up the tables outside to have some human warmth! Breakfast without option 1 crescent and 1 booklet. I'm celiac and they never contemplated it! The air was leaking water and the room was flooding... they never fixed it for us. The pool is not cleaned, every 2 days it is emptied and refilled so there are several hours where you can not use it. Waiters all the time, but not enough with so many people! Recommendation DO NOT go
