Very good

Very good the hotel recommend it , the pool clean and with beautiful view, clean rooms, walks the wifi and cable TV.
They should improve the place maintenance and breakfast a bit but the truth is a very quiet place where you can relax and enjoy

1 night of terror

Photos you travel, the hotel is in bad shape, the rooms on the 5th floor smell of sewer, bathroom door do not close, in one room the air conditioning threw only wind, we passed to another with more smell and just that night they had an event on the terrace until supposedly 12am, it was 3am and they continued ,screams ,jumps
I had to go downstairs because at reception they didn't answer the phone and the manager didn't know there was a party!
I WOULDN'T COME BACK!!! a disaster in short

Photos that do not correspond to reality

Unfortunately the photos do not correspond to the truth. The pool is full of pigeons and pigeon dirt, it is impossible to stay there, the place is half abandoned, the breakfast coffee has no eggs, fruits, as shown in the photo, the rooms have the smell of mold, and water leakage, the bed next to the window, where I slept, wet with the rain, even with the window closed, the air conditioning gets leaking, finally, the only good thing of this hotel are the staff who are always kind and polite. These photos are old, because today is quite different. A shame!

Decline

The hotel is extremely deteriorated in everything, the elevators are scary!!! Bathroom hygiene is bad, mushrooms, broken things...what saves this hotel is the WONDERFUL people who attend in their spaces. Helpful, friendly and attentive. It could be a beautiful hotel. The pool was spotless clean... it's a shame to see a ruin of what was

IT CAN'T BE ENABLED. A HORROR FILM.

This hotel is not allowed. I document it with pictures of my room. Breakfast is fine in quantity but all dirty. The elevator is a mess, I always used the stairs because they don't even have control plates. The smell of damp is very strong throughout the hotel. In the room don't even mention it. I couldn't shower because of the dirt, there were balls of hair on the floor. A rag of floors down the shower because it was losing and making noise. I peeked out the window and you can only see dirt and dead pigeons. There's moisture all over the walls, you can't breathe. All white padding with brown spots. I found a pill on the floor. The TV doesn't show. The towels are transparent in parts or missing pieces. I lay down to nap, turned on the air conditioning that had a rag downstairs and when I woke up I had the room flooded. When I came back for dinner I had the whole toilet full of dust and drops and when I looked up everything fell from the grate on the ceiling. It's really NOT HEALTHY. I wanted to cancel when I saw the comments and TAKE OFF and took over. They can't offer places like that. It's to make a complaint. In the waiting room the armchairs are fused, without padding and the ecoleather full of stains and bugs. I was only one day, a real horror movie.
