Great accommodation.
Cozy room, spacious outdoor environment well cared for and very wooded, with pool, we were very well served and welcomed.

Casa La Galeana is a beautiful boutique hotel in Chacras de Coria. The rooms are big and spacious, with plenty of sitting areas and very comfortable beds. Showers are clean with strong water pressure, and the bathroom setup includes a bidet. Parking is easy and convenient.
Breakfast is included and very good, and one of the nights they hosted a small gathering where you could buy dinner on-site. Staff are kind and attentive, and the overall vibe is calm and relaxing.
The pool is not heated, but it’s great for cooling down on a warm day. There are a few beach chairs around the pool, plenty of greenery, and peaceful outdoor spaces to enjoy. I took a small speaker, went for a swim, cooled off, and enjoyed the surroundings. The area is safe and walkable, with many restaurants nearby.
It’s a great stay if you want comfort, space, and a quiet base close to everything in Chacras.

The room was spacious and very clean. Very comfy large bed and nice big bathroom

We stayed for a week, seems like it was a nice place years ago but is now starting to look and feel run down. Breakfast was limited. The room had lots of cracks appearing, mold in the bathroom, barely hot water.

Bad experience
We were 4 friends who lived in different provinces and countries to spend a couple of days relaxing in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Far from it, we were assigned a room, where I can list the following details:
First, clarify that we pay usd220 per night.
-the room was an environment with 4 beds, two light tables and two armchairs.
-The candles didn't have plugs so they had to bring us a big extension to be able to have light.
-The air conditioning almost didn't work
-two beds were adequate and the other two mattresses very old, so much so that one nailed the springs at bedtime. My own friend had to carry a slightly better mattress next to the manager.
-a small tv, with only direct tv
-grey and worn towels, which would not be a big problem, only we were given 4 towels and only ONE hand towel, when claiming, we were told they had no more.
-In the bathroom there were only a couple of soaps in a sachet that fade when wetted. Shower dispensers weren't working. The hair dryer holder was empty, i.e. it didn't have any. The basin was stained with rust or something. There were hairs in the bathtub.
"At breakfast on the first day we had no table to sit at, and they proceeded to assemble one at once, gathering two of different heights. When we found another place, we had to order everything from silverware to napkins. The napkins were cut paper with scissors.
-Not enough room to park
The hotel was completely full with a large family occupying all environments so we could only occupy our room.
When faced with each of the claims, they only told us "no more" "I can't solve it".
It is clear that they oversold the capacity of the hotel, and although we made the reservation months ago and paid it in full at that same time, we were relegated to giving us the disused elements.
Separate mention is the spa. We took turns per wonome as the web derives, after which we canceled our shifts without warning (we found out because we consulted by whatsapp). Suddenly they had "no more shifts."
The house is beautiful and well preserved. Breakfast is good. There is a kitchen available (which we could not use because it was completely occupied by this family), but this one. Some things the next day improved them (air conditioning, hair dryer, prepared a table for breakfast, gave us two more towels -no hand towel).
In conclusion, we felt really poorly received, and despite the complaints, no one came close to apologizing.
