Very good hotel in the center of Santa Fe.

The hotel is located in an excellent area, right in the center of the city of Santa Fe.
This is the fourth time I have stayed at the hotel, and the experience was positive once again.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Additionally, they have a minibar, hairdryer, and safe.
As I mentioned in my review from October 2023, one area for improvement is that the hotel requires some minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
The breakfast is very complete, with a wide variety of options including pastries, beverages, fruits, and eggs.
I want to especially highlight the kindness of the reception staff, always willing to help and provide excellent service.
As a negative point, during peak hours, there are often delays in using the elevators, as the hotel has only two for all guests.

Never again

We stayed here from 4 to 5 January 2026. The stay itself was OK.
After we left, we realised that we had forgotten a few things at the hotel. We tried to contact the hotel by email and phone, but this proved impossible as the contact details on the website turned out to be incorrect.
After contact was established via another hotel, it turned out that the staff were uncooperative. Finally, we were informed that the items in question had not been found. This shows a lack of professionalism and trustworthiness. Never again!!!

The hotel has good amenities. Staff very friendly. Area is ok but it did not feel so secure to walk outside at night.
