We couldn't rest anything, we were on the road at 7am and it was 2am and they kept screaming and laughing in the yard!

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired as soon as they delivered the room I had to clean the bathroom.

Bad attitude and cold rooms, but clean

Three of us showed up on a cold night in July. We were checked in quickly, but the owners did not introduce themselves and provided no information about the accommodations. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. On our second day the water stopped working in our room. We were told it would be repaired, but when we returned from a day trip it was still broken. After several conversations with the owners we were rudely told to move rooms within the hostel. The 2nd room was cozier, however there was still no hot water and huge gaps in the door letting in a lot of cold winter air. The accommodation was great for the price and very clean, but it took a lot of haggling to get the bare minimum in amenities and rude service. We were only offered a free simple breakfast after being treated very poorly by the owners. Tilcara is beautiful and worth visiting, but this hostel is not the place to visit other backpackers and visitors.

IRRESPONSABLE

Habitación suciaaa, la limpiamos nosotros. El baño medianamente limpio pero lavatorio lleno de hormigas. Solicitamos Factura, hasta el día de hoy no la han enviado....leen los WhatsApp pero no responden. HORRIBLEEEEE, no lo recomiendo

estuve dos noches, no te dan desayuno, fui en abril, hacia frió y no había agua caliente y el personal que nos atendía no tenia ni idea sobre la atención y la necesidades de los huéspedes.habitaciones grandes.

Buena opción para divertirse

Buen lugar y los dueños buena gente. Es una opción para aquellos que buscan divertirse y no descansar tranquilamente, en este último caso no es el mejor opción x el movimiento constante de gente y la musica hasta muy tarde del salón de fiestas que funciona en el mismo lugar.
