I wouldn't come back.

Nice place. The owner refuses to provide me with an invoice that expressly states PAID, just for annoying me, refuses it even to booking which is where I made the reservation.
Very negative reviews that I didn't get to read about how it takes advantage of raising prices
A problem between booking and the owner that the latter, whom I never saw, washed his hands of. I applied for the claim sheet and they didn't give it to me, being required by law. Something I'll report to the authorities.
Owner unpresentable and disrespectful to the client
Street difficult to reach if you're carrying wheelie bags

Scam!

I haven't gone! I called to cancel the reservation (which was scheduled for August 2nd) and they gave me the OK, and then they refused to refund me the 211,200.00 pesos!
They treated me like I'm ignorant, and I'm still asking for either accommodation since I've already paid for it or a refund! That's what I'm counting on to pay for accommodation. Total lack of values!

Awful

The truth is that there is nothing good to say about this hotel. They charged us more than USD100 per night...the rooms had serious humidity problems, peeling walls, bathroom with mold, peeling bathtub, only one working outlet, the hot water tank is not enough since a couple of times we bathed with cold water, bedspread Dirty with stains, terrible musty smell, there is no air conditioning or television, the windows do not have mosquito nets so they cannot be opened to ventilate without all kinds of insects entering the room. A separate issue is breakfast...we were informed that it is from 8 to 10...at 8 the person who serves breakfast arrives so, with luck, it will not be ready until 8:30. It only consists of toast, apples/bananas, two varieties of cereal, coffee, milk and hot water. The people present in the place cannot solve problems...the truth is that it is theft to charge what they charge. We didn't change hotels because we were 5 couples and we only stayed 2 nights, but the truth is that the humidity in the rooms would have made us all sick if we had stayed longer. I do not recommend it…

I don't have much to say, the place is good, it needs to see details, cleanliness, the attention within everything is good, from there it is close to go to the pucara on foot, and also to the center, good breakfast, luckily we had nice days

A TRUE DISASTER!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!! THE WORST ACCOMMODATION IN ALL OF LATIN AMERICA!! I'm still waiting for my money back for the rooms that I couldn't use. Badly educated. Scammers.
