Nice place for a few quiet days

We spent two wonderful and relaxing days here. The bungalows are tastefully rustic and offer direct lake views. The restaurant offers a great menu. Nearby places can be explored by taxi, in the immediate vicinity of the hotel is only a small supermarket.
The staff meets expectations overall. The warm and personal Armenian hospitality I did not feel here, however. I'm sure there's room for improvement here.
The internet worked for us without any problems.

A wonderful place for a complete relaxation

I think everything is wonderful in this place) Very kind and polite people, delicious food, beautiful nature and views. Especially from the window in the room. At the time of our visit there were many cats on the territory, which was a big plus and anti-stress for me)
The hotel administration provides the opportunity for excursions to different directions in Armenia, agreeing on the details with you.
To sum up, the reality exceeded all our expectations) the hotel is suitable for a family holiday in all respects. I want to come back to this place again

Spoils the impression of Armenia

The most disgusting hotel I have ever been to.
The room was cold, the roof rattled all night, preventing all hotel guests from sleeping, there was a terrible smell of sewage, there was a dirty curtain in the bathroom and someone else's hair was in the drain. The staff room was next door, people smoked there, the smell came into our room, mixing with the smell of sewage and laundry washed with a terribly caustic washing powder. In addition, the toilet was leaking and the curtain had fallen off. We left after our first night at this hotel. Breakfast was inedible. We were only partially refunded thanks to our guide.

Wonderful restaurant

Wonderful restaurant and amazing setting. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved the lake shore views. We would particularly reccomend the pickled betroot . Swimming in lake sevan was brilliant .

Good countryside hotel, cheating restaurant. Nice for a weekend

Hotel and everything related to it directly is almost perfect, but there were two greatest cons with a restaurant aside, which is a part of the hotel. Note that there are no other restaurants/cafes around, so this is your main feeding option
1) Prices in menu do not match the bill!!!! Bill prices are about 20% higher than in menu.
2) Two portions of baked potato turned out to be a two pieces of baked potato.
Notes above refer to a dinner, which was ordered separately from a hotel booking. The breakfast included in a hotel price (open buffet) was very fine.
Perfect room, clean, nice and well-equipped. Very comfortable, especially considering the location (quite far from large cities). Lake view, small terrace. Curtains were in place (compared to a review made by Kopi-O)
Small, but good beach. Beautiful inner yard.
Staff is fine. No super-hospitality (compared to other Armenian places maybe), but they do their job fine and are responsive enough.
Wi-fi is poor. But you don't go to the countryside to hang on tiktok, do you?
Location is perfect for a weekend. Staying longer may feel boring, I think - there are not too much of entertainment around, so take your own.
