"Feel at home" guest house in the central part of Yerewan.

It is a small and very cosy guest house in the central part of Yerewan. The room we stayed was nicely furnished with everything you need for a holiday. The bed was big and comfortable. Lusine organised a transfer from the airport, which was very helpful, as we arrived at night. Diana helped us to feel at home with excellent coffee and breakfast in the morning. The kitchen was always opened for us and we could easily make tea with sweets. Perfect location and "feel at home" atmosphere. Thank you!

"So amazing, we always have the best guests!"

That's what we heard from a female employee, or rather the hearts of this Diana guesthouse. It is clear, because what you emit, you get)). True, in 2 days of arrival we met an Italian guest and a French couple - people are very nice and positive!
Stunningly cozy guest house within a 2-minute walk of Republic Square! Arriving with my sister at the JLo concert ,the room managed to book literally a few days before the trip - incredible luck considering the excitement)). Spacious and very clean rooms, beautiful breakfasts (like Grandma's ), and from the very first seconds you know you're incredibly welcome! Lucine and Diana, thank you for your attitude and your guests!Now if to Yerevan, it is only to you❤️

Clean, wonderfully located .. has a personal vibe to it
Never managed to meet the host, who has created a little gem of a guest house as he was holidaying away at the time of my stay yet still managed to resolve an issue for me..
Diane, who makes the best flatbread breakfasts is wonderful

Incredible hotel in the heart of Yerevan.

Randomly chose this mini hotel, on the advice of friends, as hostels and mini hotels are usually not considered for accommodation. My experience of living in this beautiful place exceeded all expectations. The cosy rooms, cleverly decorated in different styles, the extraordinary spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, the excellent breakfasts and Diana's sincere concern made my stay in this hotel comfortable and unforgettable. A quiet street a few minutes from the square and the local Arbat, an incredible convenience with which to reach anywhere in the city, complemented my positive emotions from the wonderful Yerevan. I would like to single out the excellent water pressure in the bathroom, good plumbing and impeccable cleanliness. Lifehack: if you're travelling with a company and the hotel has the option to book all three rooms at once - you'll have an entire hotel at your own disposal! I still remember your wonderful coffee, pancakes and homemade apricot jam! Thank you for your hospitality!
