Cozy hotel in the city centre.

Cozy hotel in the centre of Yerevan.Good breakfast and responsive staff. The price level corresponds to the stated quality of service.You can stay for a couple of days.

Three to three strife

We knew we were going to the three. But the three are also at odds...
The hotel itself is located in an ideal location all nearby (transport, shops, restaurants, departure points on excursions, from the airport 15 minutes) very convenient. It's a quiet street, but on the ground floor, the bar is quite noisy in the evening party, but it didn't bother us.
We had breakfasts on, it's hard to say from 8:00 to 10:00. At 8:00, you can not come once was not ready, once had to go on a tour just having coffee and a sandwich. The breakfasts themselves are quite uniform, but delicious.
The rooms are small, cozy, there is everything you need (you could add an outerwear rack near the front door).
The cleaning of the room is terrible, the floor was mopped once, dust was not wiped at all, cups and glasses were not mopped.
There are holes in the towels.
Almost all staff speak Russian.

The name of the hotel speaks to itself. City center hotel close to supermarket ,park, republic square Coffee shop.

A small hotel in Yerevan.

A small hotel in the centre of Yerevan, everywhere was on foot. The location is very good. The hotel itself only 12 rooms ,the rooms are small,we had no balcony.
No elevator if with a suitcase to the 3rd floor ,not very comfortable. The room has a kettle, hairdryer, fridge, TV. Everything worked. Cleaning is just taking out the trash.
There's breakfast, but it's very modest - tea, coffee, eggs, yogurt, bread, jam.
The staff is polite, ready to help, answer all questions.

Good hotel

The rooms are small, the breakfast limited and without any fruits or vegetables. The rooms are clean and the service acceptable. The location is very good.
