Clean rooms , furniture fresh , location chic near many cafe restaurants and shops, ratios price quality 10 out of 10 The only downside is no balcony as the hotel is on the ground floor.Family friendly .Employees are friendly. This is the 3rd time,All recommend .............

Good for staying in Yerevan

Good place to stay in Yerevan. New hotel right in the center. We liked Location, price and staff
They also let us leave our luggages till the night of our check out date, which was very helpful for us as our flight was in the night.
We would stay again here in the future.

Terrible.

The mattresses are uncomfortable, you fall through just so loose, the bed linen is torn, asked to change the linen more than once and every time was torn. The walls are terribly thin, the room's audibility strong, the snoring and sounds of the rooms next door making it impossible to sleep. A worn-out hotel isn't worth that money, disappointed. The only + is location.

Clean but Ok Hotel

Arami Hotel -
First impression of from the booking.com website was that of a 3 star accomodation with great location and with a even better breakfast buffet
Checked into room 2 on the 26th of June at around 8pm for our stay till the 29th. The room was clean and tidy.. but then had some bitter sweet experience..
First of all its not a Hotel... It's few rooms on ground floor with a reception and a so called kitchen.
1. The shower cubicle had an issue. Water seeped out and into the room thru the door. Was provided a towel to stop the flow and do the needful. ( The single attendant at the reception was ever helpful). Asked for another room but weren't available. The girl Dianne who handles the reception in the morning mentioned that they knew about the issue but they hadn't attended to it.
2. The duvet covers were kept on the bed and we had to insert the duvet outselves. 3 star service..
3. The most boring part was the buffet breakfast we had opted for.. same for 3 days we stayed.. only boiled eggs ( no other option), some breakfast cereal, same cocktail sausages in plastic ( cheap ) , cold bread ( no toaster) , 1 fruit option ( apples on 3 days when Apricot is national fruit ). Same Muffins which were there even on day 3). Imagine 3 days having the same layout. When we requested for fried eggs, Dianne politely declined since the so called kitchen doesn't have any ventilation so she said.
The worst breakfast experience in our whole trip to Armenia. As per Dianne , that's what's served at all hotels ( which surely wasnt true )
4. A so called company policy where they expect you to pay upfront for your whole duration of stay ( which we didn't oblige).
5. Great location though and the room were clean and tidy. ( Probably the other rooms didn't have water leakage issues )
6. Please don't chose their breakfast option. Best to go out and have some amazing Armenian options around the place. Or walk to the City Centre Mall food court just 800 mts away.
7. TV is just namesake.. no channels no subscriptions.
