Perfect location

Perfect hotel to stop for long tour rides. Good for countryside overnights for long tours. Located in Vayk city. There is a food court nearby. The rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended for friends and families.

Discreet, very hospitable.

After visiting the picturesque monastery of Tatev, we arrive at this rather spartan hotel, with very kind staff, without elevator (but they brought our suitcases to the floor) with great wifi, to keep in mind for a stop during the various stops around Armenia.

For one night it's fine

Without infamy and without praise. Very small room, beds a bit like this, efficient air conditioning and nothing more. Actually no. Very kind staff and, first time in Armenia, smiling!!! On the way to Tatev. Thank you!

Very "basic" hotel but excellent hospitality

Located on the main street of Vayk, the Vayk hotel is decidedly "spartan": there is no lift and most of the rooms don't even have a wardrobe. The kindness of the owner family makes up for what is missing: we had the "romantic room" on the third floor (light show on the walls) and the luggage was brought/picked up by the owner (and so it was also for the rest of our small group). I think it's the best facility in Vayk (it also has a conference room)
Small room and "essential" bathroom: for those who need to book directly, I suggest asking for the suite. It costs a little more, but has a small entrance hall with wardrobe, a small living room with adjoining bedroom and a decent bathroom. It was not included in the package we chose, but if we had stayed more than one night we would have gladly paid for the upgrade.
100 meters away there is a "court-food" where you can have dinner and there are 2 supermarkets where you can buy food and water. There is no minibar in the room nor the complimentary bottles of water that we had throughout the rest of the tour.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: good. “Fixed”: served directly on each diner's plate by the staff (egg, 2 sausages, cheese. In addition, yogurt, croissants and fresh fruit are available for everyone.

Good hotel

Our team had great time in this hotel. Very nice staff, nice atmosphere. Everything was clean and tidy. Food is always fresh and natural.Special thanks to the pianist for such a good atmosphere ❤️❤️❤️❤️…
