Review of my experience

Fantastic room layout, service and cleanliness. The rooms are large and fully equiped. Excellent value for money. My view was spectacular.

Think of this as a 10year old apartment building being turned into hotel. View is great, but everything else is acceptable. However, the wifi doesn’t work at all, and only remote call-centre reception after hours.

Parc Regis in Brisbane can do with some tender loving care !

Ladies at he reception were very friendly and welcoming.
However, room and carpet dirty, bed and mattress horrible, a/c's not functioning, fridge iced-up, fridge door full with fingerprints, etc. Shower pressure was perfect.
Very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money paid.

Great location and value for a stay in Brisbane

Conveniently located, great city views if the room is facing the river front, friendly staff and service, had a washing machine dryer provided although not mentioned during booking, could do better in terms of cleanliness. Great option in terms of value.

Centrally located

large clean room with full kitchen facilities, very smooth after hour self check in facility, very close to Roma street railway station, walking distance from Brisbane Signage
