Cosiness works in it's favour
What is striking about the room we had is how cosy it is: It has a vibe that works in its favour, boasts comfortable bedding, and is quiet. A lovely place and I look forward to staying there next time I ma in Burnie.

More than adequate Burnie accommodation
Friendly staff member checked me in and again served me at dinner.
Things I liked:
Pub+ loyalty
Small gym
Coffee pod machine
Water bottles in the fridge
Multiple door after hours access
Plenty of up to date tourist brochures
Honesty library
Bedroom was a good size and exceptional light shutters
Location relative to CBD and beaches
Pasta special
Things I didn’t like:
Tiny bathroom with useless extraction fan
Road noise on Saturday night (cop sirens and bogans in V8s)
The Coopers Pale Ale keg has been there awhile
Wi-Fi was pretty useless
View wasn’t great- macca’s and the highway

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall and that our team looked after you both at check-in and during dinner. It’s great to know you made the most of the facilities and little extras like the coffee machine, honesty library and tourist information.
We do apologise for the inconveniences you experienced. Saturday nights can be quite busy, which can impact parking availability and noise levels, but we appreciate you understanding and making use of the street parking in the meantime. The roadside of the hotel is generally the quietest on a Saturday evening, while the portside can experience higher noise levels over the weekend - we generally try to place our guests on the roadside of a weekend which unfortunately does not have the best view but provides a quieter stay.
We’ll also be following up on your feedback regarding the bathroom fan, Wi-Fi, and keg quality with our team to ensure these are addressed.

Room very noisy but clean and comfortable.

Hotel has been somewhat renovated with double glazing so the Port noise is hardly discernible. Corridor doors need work as there were some very noisy port workers coming in late.
On site laundry was a bonus.
Staff lovely.
