The best in Civic

Wife n I cannot fault this place we stay regularly...the beds,the rooms..awesome..the staff..polite,happy,so helpful.. and parking onsite,next to the Canberra theatre...

The noise was unbearable, until 4 am in the morning.
The management have not followed up and did not advise works would be taking place all night
do not book with this hotel

Great place to stay in Canberra

Great location. Rooms very modern and well kept. Housekeeping very prompt and serviced the room without inconveniencing us as we were in and out of the room regularly during our stay. Great venue and very well kept. Good pillow options and bed was not too hard/soft

Work trip

Excellent hotel and staff. Everything was perfect and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. I would definitely stay there again!

Poor experience for a high price

It was not a good experience , the dryer didn’t work, the bathroom sliding door didn’t close not allowing us to use the bathroom comfortably. The location is the only thing that’s good about this place
