Great hotel in a very central location, close to metro, bars, restaurants and parks. The hotel itself is modern, very clean and comfortable. I was on a work trip and had a 1 bed apartment which even had it's own desk space and there's also a co-work space in the basement.

Information supplied by the Hotel not Honest. I phone and inquired about the Hotel and the Room was not told if you have a pet you are only allocated the first or second floor. When I discussed this with the reception staff he was very argumentative. Why this is not advised on their website or when I phoned about the room. Poor Information. Though the Room was clean and quiet the sheets do not fit the bed so after 1 night you are sleeping on a mattress with no mattress protection. No hair dryer in the room and no supplies for your pet with bowls for food or water. Luckily we brought our own. Again this was not mentioned on the website or via Phone . Very poor communication .

Hard to Justifying Staying Here Anymore
I have stayed at the property regularly since it opened and each time the experience is worse than before.
First, the positives. The hotel and the rooms are definitely clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is well supplied with basic amenities (I.e., shampoo, soap, hand wash, etc.) but those are it. For a room with a king bed with 2 people, they supplied 2 bath towels but inexplicably only 1 hair towel and 1 face towel. You would not find a spare toilet roll, let alone a nail file or cotton tips.
One thing that kept me staying here in the past has been its friendly service. That is now well and truly gone, the reception staff speaks and reacts only by rote rather than human, let alone friendly. Calling reception is an exercise in futility as the phone is never answered … took over 6 calls over 2 hours for someone to (finally) answer the phone. I asked for a late checkout (as an Accor diamond member), and they generously gave us an hour. They may as well had told me to shove it.
The TV offers Foxtel channels but evidently they have not been paying their bills. There is no ability to cast or mirror your device to it.
My included breakfast is now only offered from a limited “express” menu (in the past one is offered a proper menu item) - the most substantial breakfast item available is a bacon and egg roll.
For the same price point, this property is on par with other hotels nearby and so I shall be taking my business elsewhere. So should you.

Great hotel with an excellent Italian-Japanese fusion restaurant downstairs!
Room was just lovely, plenty of room and very comfy bed and pillows. Very good amenities and reasonably priced minibar.
Clean, fresh and quiet. Everything is walkable- 4-5 min to Canberra Centre and the other direction is an awesome steak place. 8-10min walk away is the Main Street in Braddon with heaps of bars, cafes, shopping and restaurants. Happy to stay here again and would recommend to anyone coming thru Canberra.

Good location
Great location in the heart of Canberra - just over the road from the Canberra Centre shopping area and some great places to eat.
Hotel is modern and clean. Received an upgrade to an Executive King on the 8th floor. Rooms are close to lifts but there wasn’t a lot of noise.
Downside is there was no way to cast your own content to the TV. I would suggest the hotel find a way to upgrade the TVs for this as it’s a basic amenity these days.
