Excellent Stay for Business Travelers

I had a comfortable and convenient stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home while I was travelling for business. It was clear that many of the other guests were regulars or particularly fond of the place, which added to the welcoming atmosphere.
The location is excellent, with a wide variety of dining options nearby. You can find almost any type of food you're craving within a 1–20 minute walk or drive. There is also a bus stop close by, and rideshare and food delivery services are accepted, making it easy to get around and access anything you need during your stay. Hats off to the Ibis budget Casula Liverpool team and management.

Disappointed

Disgusting we asked to move rooms due to issues with the toilet after 2 days they moved us to another room. We stayed 14 nights and despite it stating daily housekeeping the room was only cleaned twice. Every night we came back to the room it was crawling with bugs, so before going to bed we had to kill all the bugs we could find. The fire doors on the landings were wedged open I only seen them closed once during the 2 weeks the worst place I have ever stayed in defo avoid

Actually we booked for a King bed upon arrival at the front desk, the lovely lady at the front desk appologises for the changes made instead of having a king size bed, they got a queen bed, and also offerred free breakfast the next morning, my parner & i didnt mind, we just took the room and we loved it, i would like to thank all staff for their smiling faces that served us during our stay at the hotel 😇😇 hats off to you all

Room, neat and tidy only thing there was no matress cover top cover, i would like the staff to be reminded of putting it next time otherwise room is okkk neat and clean, thanks 😊

An unsafe dump

I travel frequently and am an Accor ALL Gold member. I have never left a negative review before this one. Ignore the fake positive reviews: this place is an unsafe dump.
The room was dirty, the carpet heavily stained, the sink clogged with sewage mixed with food scraps, the shutter was hanging loose and not properly attached to the wall, and no housekeeping service was provided during my four-night stay. Foul odors lingered on the floor, and guests were shouting at 2:00 and 4:00 AM without anyone intervening, as the reception is closed at night.
In the lobby, several people who appeared to be homeless loitered for extended periods and approached guests, creating a very oppressive atmosphere. The receptionist spoke to them as if they were staff. Strange. The neighborhood is a dilapidated and dangerous slum.
The most concerning problem was the reception. The same receptionist handled my arrival and departure, and she was consistently aggressive. She refused a late check-out that had been granted to me by a colleague two days prior, without even checking internally. She also accused me of lying… I was shocked that someone could be so unprofessional and aggressive. I also witnessed similar tensions between her and other guests. I don’t understand how she can still behave this way. Many reviews mention her…
I understand that this is a budget hotel, but basic cleanliness, safety, and professionalism should never be optional. This place was dirty and unsafe.
