Good, Clean, Safe
I found this accommodation to be good and clean. Yes it's dated, it's your classic old-school Motel with a courtyard in the middle. But it was very safe and secure.
Very friendly and helpful ladies on reception. I did have a shower problem where the shower-head was spraying every which way but down lol. But they fixed it immediately!
The Breakfast in the Bella Alice restaurant was extremely good and very tasty and filling. Great portions! I also enjoyed dinner there.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I stayed 6 nights solo, in a standard Double room. The bed was very comfortable, good shower pressure, and daily housekeeping.
I also liked the ease of access to Todd Mall and close surrounding shops and amenities.

Potential unrealised - try somewhere else.
The location of the premises was excellent.
But unfortunately, that was the only thing going for this property. The lift was absolutely filthy. The only access from the majority of the rooms was via a smoking area beside the entrance door.
The initial room we were allocated was extremely tired. The bathroom was filthy. The shower consisted of a half bath with shower over top. It was badly stained. One of the towels was torn. The lights in the bathroom did not work. The television did not work. The power point beside the bed did not work. This was crucial as I have to rely on a CPAP machine to ensure safe sleep. The solution to this dilemma was to offer us the use of an extremely old and dirty power board to extend the machine’s lead across the length of the room. We had to cross the lead throughout the night in order to access the bathroom- very dangerous. We were told the problem would be fixed the next day. We arrived back to the room to find a new power board on the table. When we complained that this wasn’t satisfactory and asked for another room, we were catered for. The staff were pleasant throughout our interactions with them. This establishment has so much potential. It is in desperate need of updating and a really good clean . In its present state, I would not recommend this accomodation.

Would expect much better from Accor
Quite surprised that Accor would put their name to this place. Lovely reception staff doing their best with a pretty grotty property. All tired and run down. Room straight out of the 1970s and bathroom much earlier than that (although resident bugs are more recent I guess). Maid service really poor - teabags not replaced, bed not touched, towels just left. Guest laundry service is very handy especially if you’re on a long Australia trip like us. Breakfast at attached Bella’s restaurant is outstanding however.

Poor service
Made a long term stay agreemant only for o have it go up almost double with no warning,, had my bathroom window removed and either was broken into, assured cameras are there and it is secure, when asking for footage they say camera doesn’t work 24hr check-in whilst trying to pay tonight to extend my stay with being long term they have my details it’s simple, constant arguing at all hours and security making no effort when asked, this place not professional and quiet honestly I would not recommend it,

Noisy at night - no attempt to ask guests to lower noise after midnight. Bathroom quite tight and shower taps labelled wrongly. Otherwise comfortable and convenient
