From the cheerful welcome on arrival through to the complimentary hot chocolate from the guest lounge before departure, this stay was clean, comfortable & quiet. We will certainly stay here again.

Great location and good value for money. We stay here regularly because it’s very clean, close to everything and very affordable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Would happily stay again.

Great for short stays
Great first impressions. The building is nice, and everything seems new and clean. There were no weird smells or anything as well. The room itself is very clean and new. All amenities were easy to use as well which is good. The lady at reception was also very nice, and made the process very simple and easy for us.
Only negative is that the rooms are not very sound-proof, and we could hear everything happening in the room next to us. They were not very pleasant neighbors as well which made things very uncomfortable.

Perfect little stop
From the moment we walked in, everything just worked. The room was spotless (like, actually clean—not just “hotel clean”), incredibly spacious, and thoughtfully stocked. The little things didn’t go unnoticed either—like soaps being refilled without us having to ask. It’s the kind of attention to detail that makes you feel genuinely looked after rather than just accommodated.
But the real standout? The front desk staff. Honestly, they were next level. Not only did they take the time to show us where everything was, but they also lent me an umbrella for a walk (which saved me from looking like a drowned rat), and—this is where they truly earned legend status—helped bring a bit of Easter magic to life.
I handed over a very humble setup: some Easter gifts in a plain brown paper bag… and without us even knowing, Kieran at the front desk decorated it with an awesome drawing before it was delivered by the Easter Bunny. The effort, the care, the willingness to go above and beyond—it was just so appreciated.
Clean, comfortable, and run by genuinely wonderful humans. We’ll absolutely be back… and next time, I might bring more elaborate props for the Easter Bunny.

Value Suites Penrith was comfortable, clean and well suited for a work stay. The room had everything we needed for a short visit and the location was convenient. Good value for money and an easy, hassle-free stay.
