Excellent service and very welcoming staff. Great place for a getaway to recharge while still having all the extras like golf, local spas, walks, restaurants and entertainment at the bar. Extra for breakfast is worth it too

This is the second time I stayed at this facility. First time I stayed with my husband and we stayed at the open bedroom overlooking the fairway. The second time around I came with my daughter and we stayed at Room 52. It has a putting green just outside the room. My husband would have loved it but he was in Tassie playing at Barnbougles. We had a nice dinner at Strike bar but I was hoping The main restaurant was opened. We went for a run around the golf course. I wished there was a trail around the area. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in an open plan room which was lovely.
The only thing was the shower was not amazing as the shower head must have been clogged and water when in different directions, so the shower did not feel relaxing as water sprayed in your face.
Also we ordered the cheese board and we would not recommend that. It was sadly one of the worse cheese boards we have had. They gave us two cheeses, which seems like the same soft cheese, but one had herbs. Also the crackers tasted stale.

Had Room 66. The room felt like it had not been used for a while and needs a thorough clean. Collage of photos sent to Reception as requested (dusty surfaces including TV, cobwebs on almost every corner including bedside lamps, insects on shower walls. No photo of the spider that keeps popping out of the bathroom sink). I was told to email them photos when we checked out and will get back to us. No response from Guest Services to date.
Check out and Check in was simple. Staff were great.

Comfortable stay

We have just returned from a couple of nights at Peppers Moonah Links, and enjoyed our stay. Our room, a 1 bedroom apartment, was clean, comfortable and quiet. One minor negative was the sound system that came with the room. It was a very old style CD / DVD player that was basically useless, as it wasn't possible to plug it in, as all the nearby power points were in use. A small Bluetooth speaker would have been appreciated. Also, accessing the shower was a bit dangerous, particularly if you have mobility issues. It was above the bath, so you needed to step over into the slippery bathtub, with no grabrail. Breakfast was excellent (part of our package). We ate in the Spikes bar one night, and also had evening drinks there. The staff were friendly and responsive. We would stay here again.
