Excellent Accommodation
There is free car parking in the basement of the complex, which the receptionist opens for you. You just ring upon arrival. The entrance is off Fitzroy St.
There is an elevator which services the whole building.
A friendly professional check in where we were allocated Apartment 406.
Its located towards the back of the complex & is very quiet.
The apartment is very comfortable, with everything in good working order. A full kitchen, including stove top & oven as well as the usual.
A washing machine & dryer is also in the apartment, with detergent replenished.
The bed & furniture generally is very comfortable.
Wifi works well.
The ensuite is spacious with the shower over the bath. Plenty of toiletries provided.
The apartment has a balcony overlooking the north.
Location is excellent for exploring the Fitzroy area & beyond. Its in between 2 tram lines too. There is also a supermarket just next door & plenty of eateries around
These apartments have everything we required to have an enjoyable time in this part of Melbourne & recommend staying here

Good family option
We had a room at the rear which was quiet but some rooms at the front might be noisy. The area is popular at night.
The actual room was very large and comfortable with everything in working order. I think the property is still quite new, over time it may degrade with use but for now everything was functional.
Staff friendly and helpful.
No big issues. My biggest complaint was the cheap blinds, I wish they had invested in proper curtains,
