Excellent Location In a Beautiful Heritage Space

Very nice experience. Lovely heritage building with spacious rooms, great location, friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is stairs to the rooms and no cooked breakfast, but aside from this it was great. One of the best things is it's location near to everything anyone would want to do in Hobart. Even though it was in the heart of the city, it was not very noisy at all. The lounges downstairs were nice places to relax.

Perfect Relaxing Experience

We recently stayed at the Macquarie Manor for 4 nights and had the most amazing stay. Our Suite was gorgeous the property was steeped in history and the bar area and lounge were furnished beautifully with antiques. Extremely tasteful. To top it off the staff were fantastic. The gals on the breakfast shifts were delightful but really wish to leave a special mention for Matt who provided outstanding customer service and went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect. We really can't wait to come back. Also location and facilities were excellent.

Overnight in Hobart

Reception was a delightful experiance. Had a great chat about many & varied topics.
The location was great, parking on site off peak times.

Good continental breakfast, Off peak parking was a breeze.
My only other comment is for those no aware, the listing on Hotels.com say 1 bedroom which, as is the case here, is a large studio.
Everyhing else is as described & reviewed buy others

Friendly Staff in a Great Location

The rooms have everything you need and are clean. They aren’t the most modern, but they have wonderful atmosphere. The breakfast is yummy. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I started from here to take a trip around the island, and the staff gave me a lot of suggestions and ideas. When I came back, they were curious about how it was and what I saw. Finally, this hotel is in a great location; It’s very walkable. I’ll definitely come back.
