Great location - grotty and tired facilities
Sadly, the pros did outweigh especially when I saw the difference in hostel standards after this place. The facilities are nothing like the photos offered; it is very grubby and tired. There are no clear instruction on how to use the keypad and I had to rely on people letting me in as the manager didn't show me in the end. The room was grotty with 2 girls who were staying there long-term having all their things on the floor, desk etc. The room was super hot and no fan provided. Instead the window was open all the time which was really loud and coupled with the fact that there was a key left in our door all the time, it didn't feel secure at all. My bed probably had been changed but a girl told me it hadn't which meant I felt uncomfortable even though told it had. It was also an all female room but at 3:30am, a couple arrived and shared a top bunk. I wasn't particularly happy about seeing the dude get changed in the room but it didn't bother me massively however i thought it was really bad that a male was in an all female room and it would be a potential big issue for someone staying there. They also don't take card which is not mentioned or shown anywhere so the girl took my card details...payment still not taken! For the same money I had amazing, clean, safe hostels. If I had paid $22 for a night then fine but the photos are misleading.

Staff is very nice and kind.
Even though I arrived at Ozihouse early, I could check-in as soon as I got there.
Kitchen and Lounge was bigger than expected.

Very Good Ozihouse!!!
I made great friends here and they are really fun, it has all you need to live.
☆kitchen, wi-fi, hot showers, beds and nice people.
