Room with a view
Our first visit to Australia for my retirement. The Crown Plaza was our first stop on a 8 week drive . We had 6 nights here .And we certainly were not disappointed with our stay . The location was great with a lovely view of Swan river and we found the location great for getting around
Lovely , helpful staff .
The room was very comfy although the table was very wobbly and needed a bit of attention .
It was the husbands birthday 2 days after arriving and he opened his birthday cards and put them on the table . After getting back from a day exploring there was a very nice bottle of red wine and a little note wishing him a happy birthday. What a lovely surprise and jester.
There is a free laundry room for guests to use which we took advantage of before leaving .
Food was good we had breakfast each morning although we thought it was a bit expensive.
The rooms do look a little tired but this would certainly not put us of staying again especially if we could have a room with a balcony.
We are already making plans for another trip with instructions to the travel agent to book us into this hotel again

Welcoming and helpful staff
Upgraded to a suite facing the river on 12th floor. Reception were very helpful especially when Emirates transfer car to airport failed to arrive. Breakfast included choice of main course and usual buffet items. Good value foe 2 in a room. Restaurant has inside and outside space and good menu. Better value than the bar snacks. Very limited parking. Hotel was clean and quiet on both 8th and 12th floor. Good lifts and guest laundry

Good solid stay with great service.
Great location, great customer service. Got in late and reception was happy to see us and very welcoming. Room was clean, especially bathroom, which was appreciated. Booked a taxi for me, which arrived on time. Thank you will stay again.

Wonderful and cozy couple's getaway in Perth
What a wonderfull getaway for my partner and me at Crowne Plaza Perth! The moment we walked into our room, we were blown away by how cozy everything felt. The space was impeccably clean and the bed gave us the best night of sleep we have had in ages. The river view from the window was truly heavenly, especially in the morning sunlight. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to greet us and help with anything we needed, making the whole vibe feel extremely perfect from start to finish. We had such a memorable time that we ended up booking another stay for January before we even checked out. We cannot wait to return to our new favorite spot in the city!

Our new go to hotel!
An absolutely wonderful getaway for my partner and myself. The room was very comfortable and impeccably cleaned and the view was heavenly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we actually booked another night for January while we were there. Highly recommended!!
