Another delightful stay at the Hilton
Had a lovely stay. Front desk staff and concierge were as helpful and efficient as they could be. Executive lounge offerings were delicious, interesting and different. Always a pleasure to come to this hotel.

We enjoyed an overnight stay in an Executive King Room with Club Room access, Valet Parking and nice bottle of sparkling wine.
Our room was large, clean and tidy, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was very well stocked with all the essentials, and some extras.
The breakfast and canapés were good and all of the many staff who served or spoke to us were very attentive and friendly. We would be happy to stay here again.

A great experience for central Perth, bolstered by a 5* Team
My business/work involves a lot of international travel, and one of my regular destinations is Perth WA.
I always make sure to book the Hilton Parmelia Perth hotel, and each stay always upholds the level of quality and experience you'd want from a city hotel.
The staff are the real 'shining star' of this establishment though. Not to say that the other facilities are lacking, when in fact there is a brilliant bar/restaurant and well equipped 24/7 gym, but the staff are just such an amazing asset.
During a recent stay, I'd arranged for a parcel to be delivered to the hotel... which was delayed until after I'd returned home to the UK. The team happily forwarded the parcel to my UK home address, and made a very stressul event incredibly easy!
All the team are great, but a special acknowledgement for CELESTE DE FREITAS and SCOTT HULME, who personally oversaw the closure of my parcel issue this week.
I always recommend this hotel to colleagues, and the price is also very reasonable especially when booked early. An easy recommend and I look forward to my next stay

Excellent Location and Comfy Beds
I stayed here for work during my first trip to Australia. The location is excellent — steps away from tons of restaurants (some only open until early evening but still), shopping and parks. Really I loved staying here except for three things: 1. The hotel restaurant, where I had dinner twice, served what was for me inedible food, 2. I know they’re easier to clean, but showers that don’t have doors are disaster for me, and 3. There wasn’t a single comfortable chair in my room; the armchair was like concrete, so the desk chair was where I relaxed. But otherwise the rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable, and again, the location was fantastic. I’d stay here again.
