Very Clean, welcoming and cozy apartment with a kitchen, has Netflix and a comfortable bed. Helpful staff and everything you need for a smooth, stress free business stay. I will definitely be staying again. Highly recommended!!! Thanks!

Bay 10 - worth the stay at Lincolin!

This was our 10th year coming to Port Lincolin and again with our group staying at Bay 10. Check in is simple, rooms, villa and suites are always clean, tidy, with ample towels, amenities and everything you need. Views over the bay with sun rise putting in a display to see. We all gather at the house for the BBQ on the lawn and wind down after a day at the races. Good value for money, quiet, safe and owners are there if you need them, but stay in the back ground.

Ocean View

Recently my husband and I enjoyed a lovely 4 night stay at Bay 10. We had a studio unit on street level, complete with balcony, unfortunately the weather wasn't conducive to sitting out. The studio was well fitted out, queen bed with plenty of wardrobe space, bedside tables, air conditioning/heater (as we needed to use a couple of times), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. Lots of towels and clothes airer provided also.
The booking process was excellent, couldn't have asked for more and the same when we arrived, everything was lovely.
It was on street level but didn't really hear any noise from the street at night, probably a quiet street.
There were a couple of chairs in the lawn/garden area overlooking the water but these were in need of repair of replacement so no sitting out there.
Bay 10 is an easy walk to the main shopping/cafe area so easy to leave your car and walk if that's your preference.
Would certainly recommend Bay 10 if you are looking for somewhere nice with ocean view to stay in Port Lincoln, and thank you to Lori also.

Best place to stay in Lincoln!

I have stayed here a few timers for work in the appartments and found them to be very spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. The balcony and views are a fabulous bonus. This time, on holidays, I tried the water front house. As above it is well appointed, roomy and clean. The beds are very comfy and the staff are extremely accomodating. Its walking distance to the town and only a short drive away from great sight seeing. The house balcony is a bonus with BBQ and lovely view and theres a lovely private garden for all to use. Very well worth it!
