Super cute boutique hotel with lots of in room amenities - even a washer/dryer! Staff was very friendly. They were happy to accommodate our luggage as we arrived before the check-in time. The hotel is a very short walk to the Bondi Pavillion. Lots of shopping and dining in the immediate vicinity.

It ruined my 1st night in Bondi. I moved to another hotel after 1 night. No way is this place 5 star.
I booked 1 night as I was unsure about location and the hotel and if it was worth paying a premium. I’d just flown up from a few weeks in Melbourne and keen to get into the surf at beach. Checked in about 430pm, dropped everything and went straight to beach for a walk and a long swim.
went to have a shower but couldn’t fit comfortably as the shower was too low. So thought I d have a bath. No hot water, couldn’t get onto reception so went downstairs and told to run tap for 5 minutes and they’d come up to check. They agreed it wasn’t hot enough. They offered to move me to another room but I was exhausted and had opened bags etc.
Boiled 5 kettles of hot water to top up bath.
Deal breaker at 805am next morning was jack hammers and concrete saws. From road work. There is also construction going on in building next door. I started looking for another hotel
Once upon a time you could have called this hotel 5 star. But it’s getting tired. The king side bed was soft but sagged on one side. Floating floorboards creaked in traffic area.
Like the furnishings and fittings clearly the commercial hot water system that services the complex which has supermarkets, gyms, Mrs Bakers Boutique Hotel and private residences all work off same system and it’s not up to scratch.
FYI the same builder/designer did Mrs Bakers in same complex. This was confirmed as I rang them when I noticed same bathroom and asked if all rooms were the same as I was considering staying there. Thankfully they were honest so I moved to Hotel Bondi as it had both hot water and a shower I could fit in. Anyone close to, or over 6ft tall will have to bend over to get head wet at Qt or Mrs Bakers.

I stayed at the QT Bondi my first 2 nights in Australia and was very happy. The room was great, with a seating area, a small kitchen area, and even a washer/dryer combo as well as a comfortable bed.
The bathroom had both a tub and a shower, though the tub was either a bit discolored or needed a more intensive scrubbing. (But I would probably never use a hotel bathtub anyway.) Bathroom had a double sink.
In all, the room was as well equipped as any hotel room I've ever stayed at.
The room was not ready when I arrived in early morning, but front desk staff happily held my luggage and did a pre-check in so that when I returned my keys were ready and I could go quickly to my room.
The hotel is located just steps from Bondi beach and in a tiny shopping center that had a supermarket in it, a liquor store, and a couple of food places. Plus an elevator down from the lobby to the mall level. (Hotel main entrance is on a side street up a small hill, but if you don't want to walk up the hill, you can enter at the lower level and take the elevator up.)
I would have preferred a room less far from the elevator -- I was about as far away as I possibly coule have been -- but that's a minor quibble.
I'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience at QT Bondi. When I arrived I told the person at the reception but I wanted to add one more night because my flight was late at night. She went above and beyond to help me.
The hotel location is very convenient. There is a supermarket and some eateries above the hotel that can be accessed by elevator. The rooms are spacious and all the appliances worked perfeclty. Highly recommended

Perfect stay
had an absolutely wonderful stay at QT Bondi. It’s adorable, impeccably clean, and perfectly located—just steps from the beach and all the action, yet tucked away on a side street so it’s completely quiet at night.
I stayed for four nights and couldn’t have asked for a better setup. Having a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially for beach days. The front desk staff were warm, helpful, and made everything effortless.
It’s a more minimalist hotel—there’s no restaurant, bar, or pool—but honestly, you don’t miss a thing. Anything you need, they’re happy to take care of.
Highly recommend for anyone wanting a stylish, comfortable, and perfectly situated stay in Bondi.
