We were late arriving so well accommodated for that with a phone call. Some repairs needed - curtains in need of replacing, some lights don’t work.

Tired motel on outskirts of town. There doesn’t seem to be any management on site. Have to call them and they tell you which room you’re in and the door is open. Comfy bed and good linen but only 3 pillows for 2 people. Bathroom old and tired but clean. Badly dripping tap! Tired couch but a new table & chairs set. Good TV and wifi.
No service when we stayed 2 nights. Came in and emptied the bin but nothing else. No fresh towels even though ours were not hung up. There’s a sign on the wall to call a number if you need anything- no open office to ask.
Has a view of the town but the windows are dirty! If you say you have views at least clean the window!! Wouldn’t stay again.

We arrived and the reception area was locked . There was a note on the door to ring and then they attended via car .I was asked my name on the driveway my name and told key in the room . We left this morning . Again no contact door locked again and left key in drop box . I don’t find this as customer service . I wondered what would happen if there had to be an evacuation or and emergency . The room was clean however our room with a queen and single bed had one pillow each . Unusual this day and age as you normally have extras . The bedside lamp had been purchased at an op shop and I noticed that electrical items had no inspection tags . The kettle does not fit under the tap to be able to fill it. As the night was hot we had pushed the doona onto floor where we observed that it was stained . This was the first time we had stayed here in years . I can honestly say that we won’t be back . Customer service begins at the first interaction which this place clearly doesn’t have .

Last option

Pretty out dated rooms super close to the freeway but despite the double windows it’s still pretty loud. Very thin walls almost so you could communicate with your neighbours if you wished.
Beds were comfy but a few of the lights didn’t work which was a bit odd for what you are paying. It was dirty but clean and I don’t even know how that makes any sense but that’s how it felt.
Probably wouldn’t stay again. Lots of interesting characters staying in other rooms that’s for sure.

Only Local Resident’s Observation.

Hi. Firstly l didn’t stay at the Views; rather l’m commenting as a local residence who drives past the motel a few times each week.
Not sure what has changed, but the once beautiful motel of late has an abandoned, not loved look about it and the environment is drab. I remember in its heyday, it was a great -lace to stay and have a meal. Anyway l hope the place can get back to its earlier appearance and quality.
