escape from the city in 1hr!

this place is a breath of fresh air! loved the simple walkways with swings & children playground. the compound has ducks, cats & dogs which makes the place more lively in it's own charming way. there were some drawbacks as the beds are broken & has not been repaired for a long time. i would also like to include that winter stay will be painfull as there is no water heater in the resort. other than these two issues, the home cooked meals and unlimited tea servings were just sublime. rooms are ok, feels like the typical village setup but it gave a rural charm to the stay. the staff is FANTASTIC! i will again visit for sure despite the two hiccups.

Forest Balgloe

New addition of this resort is one forest Bangloe with Two Bedroom one dining room, three Bathrooms. This s addition with others rooms, to enjoy night views, well decorated sofas, with a Balcony. Really excellent.

Simple and relaxing

its a simple place with lots of trees and gardens. They have a pond , vollyball court, badminton court, playing field, kids playing zone and a small pond. in winter you can taste the fresh local date juice right from the tree. its a good place to hangout with family or friends.

an overnight stay in Reverie Holiday resort

we visited Reverie Holiday resort recently for an overnight stay . I was with my wife had a good accommodation, Bangla Food was excellent, the hospitality of the staff was very good
we could come close to nature, but we were alone as it was a working day, we could breathe fresh air and the overall stay was enjoyable.
Our driver also had good accommodation and food
the resort is now suitable for a day out with family
we stayed at night but i think more security is needed to make the night stay safe
the place is excellent for a day out

inadequate facilities compare to rate

I have objection of calling this place a resort. This is more like a community center with a good architectural building. The resort offers inadequate facilities though it is charging quite a high amount of money for the accommodation and foods. Particularly, it is charging high for foods but is providing a small number items in breakfast and lunch. It offers almost no activities. It will just sit in a very contested place. In its website, it says about a lot of activities like fishing, riding boats but I was told they are not available. The place where it is situated has no specialty and the landscape surrounding it has almost lost its rural identity. The worst thing was: I found the bathroom in a very poor condition. Only positive thing with this resort is its building which is an architectural beauty.

Taking these feedback seriously, we are putting our efforts to improve the facilities. Since your visit in last January, we have taken lots of development works of our Resort which includes construction of new building, landscaping works and redesigning the total Resort. A renowned Architecture firm has been hired for planning of the resort and further development works would be taken in the coming months.
