A moment suspended in time
A great experience, we were welcomed well, the staff is smiling, the rooms are very pretty. A superb, very green park.

good hotel, but.....
The hotel itself is good, rooms are okay, breakfast good, dinner very good, good friendly reception, but, we chose this hotel on our way back because there were charging stations, there are about 4 charging stations, when we arrived at 18 o'clock they were occupied, which can happen, but what is not normal is that those same cars have been through the hell night, so I could not load, this should be better controlled from the hotel, it is of course also the mentality of the people.

Go sleep there but don't dine there!
The site is very pleasant, quiet, and green.
The rooms are comfortable.
However, what a disappointment for dinner.
Truly mediocre. Half-thawed vegetables and -ravioli - coarsely stuffed with spinach. Meatballs that are not at all "homemade" swimming in a tasteless tomato sauce.
As for the staff, despite their apparent kindness, they seem to adopt a standard attitude with repetitive remarks like "first come, first served" when you ask for details about meal times!
The rooms are comfortable.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Barely arrived for my grandmother's 80th birthday, we confirmed with the receptionist that the request for a room with a view of the PARK had indeed been taken into account in the reservation, to which we were told that of course this request would be respected.
10 minutes later, arrived at the room and surprise, we noticed we had a view of the terrace and a wall through the second window.
Carried by the enthusiasm of our arrival, we decided to overlook this annoyance and start our stay in the best conditions.
However, upon our arrival at the bar, wanting to anticipate the reservation of the table outside given the good weather, we were instantly brushed off by the staff, giving us the impression that we were bothering them, even though it's kind of their job to welcome us, unless I'm mistaken? "First come, first served" with a condescending tone of voice, and this until we were served our drinks.
We were greeted by a few little mice/shrews on the terrace, which accompanied us throughout the meal
What a surprise it was to be told that they couldn't serve us cheese and sausage accompaniments because 200 people had passed through the day before and had "raided" the place!
Up to that point, everything was still more or less fine until we went back down to the terrace, well known from our window, to go eat at the time of our reservation.
We were very surprised to receive a white wine with a screw cap, at €36 a bottle, in an ice bucket, without any ice, nor water, empty!
It makes you wonder if they aren't making a fool of us a little bit.
Furthermore, we were told that all Alsace wines haven't been corked for 5-6 years. What a joke!!!!
To continue, the wine was undrinkable, we had to order a new bottle of Pinot Gris.
Like the previous one, it was served to us in an ice bucket, still just as empty!
My mom had to go to the bar to get them to provide her with an ice bucket worthy of the name. (Without a service cloth to wipe the bottle and avoid getting water everywhere on the table)
1 hour and 20 minutes after the appetizers, our main courses finally arrived.
The fish was okay.
On the other hand, I am deeply disappointed for the price I paid, by the Vol-au-vent, which was simply inedible, watered down, the mushrooms rubbery, the filling tasting like the smell of my great-grandmother's cupboard.
I am stunned by such a lack of professionalism in a restaurant attached to a hotel that charges €220 a night.
It is unacceptable, the organization really needs to be reviewed.
Lastly, we were shocked by the antipathy of the staff; we felt rushed immediately and absolutely not welcome.
I would still like to highlight and thank the kindness and friendliness of the two waiters/bartenders who were attentive throughout the meal!
It is really a shame with such a setting.

Beautiful and quiet hotel
Beautifully located hotel and a blissful rest. Friendly staff, friendly staff. We were allowed to check in from 3pm and yet we had to wait until the rooms were available. Fortunately, the weather was very nice that day and then waiting on a sunlit terrace is no problem. The rooms are clean and all comforts are there. Too bad about the shower which is rather narrow. This small inconvenience is more than compensated by the view from the window. The pool is good, clean and with ample opening hours. We saw that dogs are welcome here, so we come back again and then the dog can come.
