Weekend in love at the top!

Great weekend for two, we stayed a weekend from Sunday to Monday with massages and gourmet baskets in the evening. We had a great time

$25 for lunch, the plot twists are free.

The main argument is always the same: "That is not the establishment's policy."
Very well. I would have loved to meet this famous policy. It clearly participated in all the discussions, but it never deigned to show itself.
At one point, they explain to us that they did everything to find solutions. I must have missed that scene, probably while I was contemplating my $25 lunch.
The best part comes at the end.
My friend's husband contacts a lawyer. The lawyer asks for a few documents. Which ones? No idea. I am a schoolteacher. Legal procedures are not in my curriculum.
And then... a miracle.
The anonymous colleague, who calls us back, suddenly becomes co-manager, finally introduces himself, and announces to us that we are no longer welcome... but that the stay will be fully refunded.
Hello co-director. Nice to meet you. I am the client.
And, as if by magic, we are no longer welcome, but the stay will be fully refunded.
It is crazy how some establishment policies suddenly become very flexible when a lawyer enters the conversation.
If you are looking for a place to relax, I sincerely wish you better luck than we had.
On the other hand, if you like suspenseful scenarios, characters who reveal their identity in the final act, surprise meals for €25, and invisible policies, go for it. I have rarely seen a spa offer so many strong emotions.

Discovery as a couple (who knows many spas - especially in France)

Beautiful establishment. Very pleasant. But a few shortcomings: not enough hooks in front of the saunas and a lack of supports/shelves to place glasses. Very slippery tiles. Water not evacuated at all. No staff present to ensure cleanliness and safety, making it dangerous with many slips.
Flavored water jars not filled or replaced. Unacceptable in such an establishment, especially with the high temperatures.
Lack of umbrellas outside.
Service at the restaurant was quite slow.

Good time relaxing.

We did not stay at the hotel but we had a great time in the wellness area and restaurant. The wellness area is very nice and tastefully decorated. The facilities are varied although the ice fountain did not work as well as the sauna near the pool. The outdoor space is very soothing and well sported with comfortable deckchairs. The indoor pool has a few very appreciable water jet points (just know that there are buttons for the operated in the water at the blue lights because there is no explanatory indication). The rest rooms are really top. Little lack of showers in the cloakroom no moisturizer available, which is a shame because after a day at the spa our skin really needs it and the principle of the domain of terms is not the well-being of these customers? After our evening and at the time of setting the bill, I was asked if it went well, I said yes it was perfect and I just suggested this small possible improvement in the failure of the moisturizer, because I really had the skin that was torn with water and I got a pretty icy and unpleasant answer from the hostess "Here it is like this and it is not possible!". His haughty way of answering me really left me on a very bitter end note although everything else was perfect!
